Adding add-ons using the “Extras” feature on Medialister, additional services such as non-thematic content, article writing, or other custom add-ons are managed through the extras feature.

Navigate to Settings: https://app.medialister.com/profile/settings
Locate the Extras section
Create a new extra. Specify the name of the additional service (for example, non-thematic content, a publisher-written article, or a custom topic), the service description, and the extra fee you charge for this service.
Make the newly created extra public so clients can see and book it in the marketplace.
You can apply this extra to all the formats you offer or limit it to a specific format, for example, only the article format.
Once saved, this extra will be available as an optional add-on for your offers in the marketplace. Bear in mind, that only 10 extras can be public at once.
Once an order is submitted by the client, you can upsell additional services directly in the chat.
Here’s how to do it:
Go to an order in your dashboard.
Open the chat inside the order card.
Click the + at the bottom of the chat.
An extra preview will appear—fill in:
Extra name (e.g., “Social Media Repost”)
Description of the extra (optional)
Price (the amount you want to earn)
When you're ready, click Send Offer.
The client will receive your extra and can either accept it or respond with feedback.
Once accepted, you’ll be able to fulfill the extra as agreed.

Homepage or Featured Placement
Highlight the content in a banner or featured block on your homepage to drive more traffic.
Follow-up Content or Reposts
Offer to create additional coverage or repost the article after some time, keeping the momentum going.
These extras can be offered directly from the order chat at any point, before the article goes live. It shows initiative, helps you stand out as a professional, and often leads to repeat business or larger future orders.
By proactively offering these enhancements, you demonstrate value and increase your overall earnings with each collaboration.
You only need to set the price you wish to earn, and we will automatically add all the service fees on top. The client will see the final price, so there’s no need for you to calculate anything manually.
