Only project admins and the organization owner can change the organization settings.

How to Create an Organization

You must sign up using another email to create a new organization. You'll be automatically assigned as an owner of this organization.

Click the profile icon in the header to view the available organizations you can switch between.

Go to Settings → Organization Settings → Billing to get access to the billing information and all related to this organization's transactions.
