By Request Offers

Some offers in the marketplace don't have a fixed price yet. Medialister shows these as By Request offers.

How to Spot a By Request Offer

A by-request offer usually shows a price range, instead of a single price. You'll see this:

  • In the marketplace table's price column.

  • In the search popup.

  • On the offer's own page.

By default, by-request offers appear everywhere alongside regular ones. Use the Availability filter in the marketplace sidebar if you want to hide them and only see offers you can book right away. See Marketplace Filters for details.

How to Request an Offer

  1. Find a by-request offer in the marketplace table, the search popup, or open its offer page.

  2. Click Request.

  3. The button switches to Request Sent, and you get a confirmation notification.

Because a By Request offer has no agreed price yet, it can't be added to the cart. The Request button replaces the usual Add to Cart action for these offers.

What Happens After You Request

Requesting an offer moves it through three steps, shown on the offer's page:

  1. Send a request: done as soon as you click Request.

  2. We'll notify you by email when available: the Medialister team follows up with the publisher to agree on a price.

  3. Book it once it's ready: once a price and conditions are set, you can book it like any other placement.

Once you've requested an offer, it stays marked as requested, so you won't request the same offer twice.
