Medialister pays publishers through Stripe Connect. Before any funds can reach your bank account, you need to complete Stripe KYB (Know Your Business) verification for your organization.
See Verification Process (KYB) for how to start it. Without a verified organization, Medialister cannot release payouts to you even if you have a balance.
Funds land in your publisher balance once the placement link in an order is approved by a client or automatically. There is no separate release step: as soon as an order clears approval, the amount is added to your balance and becomes available for withdrawal.
Click the balance button on the right sidebar
Submit a payout request (withdraw) for the available balance.
Medialister sends the payout to your bank account in your local currency.
Open the Transactions tab in billing settings. Payouts appear in the same table as your earnings.
Payout rows use three simplified status labels instead of the full transaction status list:
Pending: the payout was created and is still being processed or is in transit to your bank.
Done: the payout completed and the funds were sent.
Hover over the status tag to see more detail on what happened, when available.
If Stripe asks for more information after you're already verified, Medialister pauses your payouts and shows an alert on the withdrawal page and in the balance popup with a Go to Stripe button to resolve it. See Verification Process (KYB) for details.
