<p>Projects are collections of campaigns. It makes managing multiple campaigns and members’ accesses and rights easier.</p><img src="https://uploads.productlane.com/4e790d5ea0c16283fb51b2502c4c98a6.png"><p>Here are a few scenarios when you can consider using the projects:</p><ul><li><p>For every client, create a new project</p></li><li><p>If you have multiple marketing or PR teams, you can isolate their work with projects</p></li><li><p>Separate promotional activities for different products and services.</p></li></ul><h1>How to Create a Project</h1><p>Go to the client dashboard and click the three-line button near the open project name. Click <strong><em>+</em></strong>, name your new project, and save it. You have created a new project. Now, you can add campaigns and invite members to it.</p><img src="https://uploads.productlane.com/72057f5595f9d58bb7c5cb139c5d41bd.png"><h1>How to Invite Members to Projects</h1><p>Every project is an isolated space for those whom you invite. Go to a project and find the <strong><em>Invite Members</em></strong> button in its header. Enter the email of a teammate or client you want to invite. Click <strong><em>Invite</em></strong>, and once this person appears in the list of invitees below, you can select their role.</p><img src="https://uploads.productlane.com/6ef5964d79352f3cb71a47596a90f63b.png"><h1>How to Rename a Project</h1><p>Find the three-dot button near the project name to open the actions menu. Choose <strong><em>Rename</em></strong>, edit the name, and save the changes.</p><img src="https://uploads.productlane.com/2ecb359247808f09032213a7d1170a06.png"><h1>How to Delete a Project</h1><p>To delete a project, click the three-dot button near the project name, choose <strong><em>Delete</em></strong> and confirm the action.</p><img src="https://uploads.productlane.com/5a3953afff89a697a18d564d6f499463.png"><p>You can’t delete projects in the following cases:</p><ul><li><p>If it’s the only project left in your organisation</p></li><li><p>If you have no admin rights in the project</p></li><li><p>If the project has campaigns with orders inside them.</p></li></ul><h1>What Activity Feed Is</h1><p>In every project, you can see aggregate activities from all the campaigns within this project, and the project changes over time. It can help to have a bird-view of what’s going on with the project without going inside every campaign and placement one by one.</p><img src="https://uploads.productlane.com/3596002bdccded57b52c81ed49c67a23.png"><h1>How to Remove a Member from a Project</h1><p>Go to a project, find the table with members and click the three-dot button for a member you want to remove from the project. Click <strong><em>Remove</em></strong> and confirm the action.</p><img src="https://uploads.productlane.com/576df2522b49a850eee22c2883f09a14.png"><h1>What If Projects Have Disappeared</h1><p>Every project belongs to an organization. Ensure you've selected the correct organization (you can do it from the header menu).</p>
