Gift codes let you add funds to your organization's balance on Medialister. Once redeemed, the credited amount works just like a regular top-up—you can use it to book placements, purchase extras, and cover any fees.
Open the balance popup by clicking on your balance in the sidebar, then click "I have a gift code". Enter your code in the input field and click Redeem. The credited amount will be added to your organization's available balance immediately.
Also, gift codes can be redeemed via links like https://app.medialister.com/dashboard?gift-card-code=XXXXXX. In this case, a prompt window will appear, notifying the user that the gift code was automatically applied and funds were added.
Each gift code can only be used once per organization.
Some gift codes come with an expiration date. If your code has expired, you'll see an error message when trying to redeem it.
All gift code redemptions appear in your organization's billing transactions as top-ups.
