A flat client service fee applies to all payments coming through Medialister. You see this fee in your cart and at checkout, as the Client service fee line of the summary.
We charge the fee for processing your order, organizing workflow, keeping the media database up to date, and aggregating statistical data about sites (traffic indicators, SEO, etc.).
The top-up service fee applies to each top-up of your organization's balance. It is separate from the client service fee: the client service fee belongs to the order, and the top-up service fee belongs to the payment that adds funds to your balance.
The top-up service fee rate is 0%, so the full amount you pay goes to your balance. Medialister shows the fee as its own line in the top-up flow and at checkout, so you always see the full cost of a payment before you confirm it.
The checkout summary has two sections. The first section shows what you buy:

When your balance does not cover the total, the button reads Top Up with … and Book. One click charges the top-up together with its service fee and books the cart. When your balance covers the whole total, you do not need a top-up, so no top-up service fee applies.
When you cancel your order before it is processed and published, we unfreeze the entire amount, including all the fees, from your balance.
