We are gradually rolling out the media manager dashboard to the public. This will close the loop and eliminate our role as middlemen in the orders. Although it's a lengthy process, we are confident that we will be able to provide publishers with a better order management system as we already do for clients' side.

Here is what’s new in the media manager dashboard:

  • Revamped the first step of the know-your-business (KYB) process to provide more information on why we do it and how.

  • On the KYB flow, the option to choose a country has been added. This allows media managers from countries other than the US to go through the process.

  • Payouts are now available for media based in the US, and they will soon be available for other countries as well.

  • Now, media managers can add example links to the formats.

  • When an order is placed on the media manager's side, it can be canceled if it cannot be accepted for some reason.

  • Speaking of reasons, a media manager can choose from a few predefined order cancellation reasons.

  • Media managers can now request changes from clients when the status is AWAITING MEDIA CHANGES (ping-pong it till someone gives up).

A lot of great work on the media manager dashboard comes from Rodion, Daniil, Pavel, and Yerkebulan. Though, the special acknowledgment goes to Anastasia for thorough testing, who went to great lengths to make this release possible (here should be a joke about later than sooner cuz you, you know, bugs and fixes).

The marketplace updates:

  • The design of the country's traffic breakdown has been changed to enhance accessibility.

  • Fixed the issue where column names overlapped in the marketplace table.

  • The city duplicates are no longer an issue, thanks to Pavel.

Fixes in the orders:

  • Fixed a bug that prevented a link with a trailing "/" from being approved.

Other fixes:

  • We've added a few bugs after revamping the dropdown menus, and the option that allows users to select the same choice multiple times is now also fixed. The dropdown stuff is baked by Artur.

  • A lot of animations have been added by Yerkebulan throughout the interface to create a smoother and more comprehensive experience.
