# Medialister > Changelog, documentation for Medialister. > Full content version — see https://roadmap.medialister.com/llms.txt for the index. ## Changelog ### [October, 2026. 1st Batch.](https://roadmap.medialister.com/changelog/2026-10-09-october-2026-1st-batch) (2026-10-09) Publishers can now tell clients what their media is actually about. Every media outlet gets its own description field, where you can explain the topics it covers, who reads it, and anything else that helps a buyer decide. Yerkebulan built it into the media-adding step, with a live preview of how the description will look, and Sergey wired up the data side so descriptions make your media easier to find when clients search the marketplace by keyword. Descriptions are capped at 500 characters and can't contain links, emails, or phone numbers. Clients get something new in the settings too: an MCP server page. It walks you through connecting Medialister to your AI assistant, with a one-click "Open in Claude" button, a ready-made workspace setup prompt, and example prompts for planning, tracking, and creating campaigns. If you've been meaning to try the connector, this is the easiest way in. Improvements • Media management Publishers can add a description to each media outlet, with a preview of how clients will see it. • Settings A new MCP server page in client settings explains how to connect Medialister to Claude and other AI tools, with prompts you can copy. • Offers management A new "Has Extra" filter on the publisher offers page shows which offers have an extra listed in the catalog and which don't. • Offers management The Add Offer and Edit Offer pages got a cleaner layout: the title and the number of selected media sit above the stepper, and the Skip and Next buttons live in a fixed footer preventin various bugs with scrolling. • Publisher dashboard The country list on the KYB page now comes directly from Stripe, so it stays in line with the countries Stripe Connect supports. • Marketplace Turnaround time is set to "Any" by default, without adding an extra chip to your applied filters. • Marketplace The Verified badge has a new shield icon and colour. • Cart Extras now follow the offer quantity. Add three copies of an offer with an extra and the extra shows ×3, unless you lower it yourself. • Checkout When only one writing service is available, it's shown as a simple checkbox instead of a nested writing group. Fixes • Marketplace Setting Turnaround Time to "Any" no longer shows fewer offers than the catalog actually has. • Checkout The billing information form now collapses after the first "Continue" click instead of asking you to click again. • Checkout After booking many offers at once, the booking success card scrolls properly, so the total and the "Go to dashboard" button are always reachable. • Campaign The campaign picker no longer stops at 10 campaigns. All your campaigns load now. • Dashboards Switching from the publisher dashboard to the client dashboard now switches everything, including the buttons and the dashboard switcher. • Publisher dashboard Publishers receive the correct amount for extras, and the client price shown while creating an extra matches what clients actually see. • Settings Entering a phone number in the wrong format now tells you exactly that, instead of "Something went wrong". --- ### [September, 2026. 2nd Batch.](https://roadmap.medialister.com/changelog/2026-09-25-september-2026-2nd-batch) (2026-09-25) Insights now opens as a proper view inside Claude and ChatGPT. Until now, asking the Medialister connector for your striking-distance keywords gave you a block of text in the chat. Pavel rebuilt it as an MCP app, so the same recommendations show up as an interactive view you can read and sort right in the conversation, without switching over to the dashboard. Sergey made the orders board load faster too. On large campaigns it used to stay blank for several seconds and then drop every column in at once, which made it hard to tell whether the page was loading or broken. The marketplace picked up a new thing as well: an audience filter. Improvements • MCP Insights opens as an interactive app view inside Claude and ChatGPT instead of plain text. • Campaign The orders board loads noticeably faster on large campaigns. • Campaign The orders board shows a skeleton while orders load, instead of a blank page. • Marketplace There is a new audience filter in the marketplace sidebar built by Yerkebulan. • Marketplace The LLM-Friendly badge now covers media with 250k+ monthly visitors, down from 1M+, so there are many more placements to choose from when you are working on visibility in AI tools. • Marketplace The language filter now shows the most relevant languages first. • Marketplace Rodion reshaped the price summary on an offer page so it fits your screen properly, the booking button and fee stay pinned while the rest of the summary scrolls. • Marketplace You can pick only one writing service per order now—either Medialister's or the publisher's, not both. • Order New logs in orders for when a text was attached to it. Fixes • Orders Orders with nofollow links could not be sent to review, because pasted links without a link type were counted as dofollow. • Emails Order message emails no longer arrive with a broken "Open Order" link. • Authentication Users removed from an organization are asked to name their new organization again. --- ### [September, 2026. 1st Batch.](https://roadmap.medialister.com/changelog/2026-09-11-september-2026-1st-batch) (2026-09-11) A shortlist is only useful if you can hand it to someone. Bookmark folders used to stop at the edge of your organization—the share link worked for your own team and nobody else, which made sending a set of publications to a client, a colleague at another company, or anyone outside your account more trouble than it was worth. Those links are now public, so a folder you put together is a folder you can send to anyone. Saved views got the other half of that problem. They used to arrive untitled, which meant a sidebar full of views you had to open one by one to remember what was in them. Each one is now named after the filters and sorting it actually contains, generated for you when you save it. Pavel took both of these on. Things should also feel quicker in a few places. Sergey put caching behind many data requests. Daniil worked through the rest of the slow queries. In some places that cut whole seconds; in others it simply takes the hesitation out of screens that used to pause before loading. Improvements • Marketplace Bookmark folders can be shared publicly—folder links now work outside the organization that created them. • Marketplace Saved views are named automatically after the filters you applied. • Authentication The separate "Create Your Organization" page is gone. Your organization is created for you and you land straight on the dashboard. • Members management Managers in the publisher dashboard can now list and delist offers, add media, and archive or unarchive it. Previously, it was available only for admins • Content management Texts have proper empty states now, and statuses with nothing in them stay closed by default. Rodion also improved the drag-n-drop experience here. • Media management Adding media shows you the actual error instead of "Something went wrong", and the media URL now sits next to the name in the list. • Extras management The writing services provided by Medialister are no longer shown for mention formats, or for offers where the publisher already writes the text by the offer conditions. • MCP Marketplace search through the MCP server now takes a semantic parameter, with a new read-only insights tool for your striking distance recommendations and a subcategory filter. • Client dashboards The campaign report tab now opens the attention report with real data. • Publisher dashboard The country on the Stripe connection page can be changed more easily now. • Settings The phone country selector shows country names, not just dial codes. • Design fix The MCP login page was restyled to match the rest of the product. Fixes • Campaign Switching projects no longer bounces you back to the previous one as soon as you navigate somewhere else. • Metrics The Attention Index column no longer shows a number for media with no estimated views. • Marketplace Marketplace filters now cover the byline and the other placement conditions that were missing. • Offers management Moving media from Approved back to Review now delists its offers, instead of leaving them listed with the Delist button greyed out. • Media management The "Add New Media" button no longer sits disabled until you refresh the page. • Members management Billing info, transactions and invoices are admin-only again—managers could reach the organization billing profile and invoices across every project. • Orders A card can no longer show "Canceled" and "Cancellation Requested" at the same time. • Publisher dashboard Media favicons render in the main menu dropdown again. --- ### [August, 2026. 2nd Batch.](https://roadmap.medialister.com/changelog/2026-08-28-august-2026-2nd-batch) (2026-08-28) Signing up with a work email when your team is already on Medialister used to hand you a brand-new empty organization sitting right next to theirs. Rodion and Yerkebulan spent this cycle on this update: we check the domain first now, and if your colleagues already have an organization, we show it to you and let you ask to join instead of starting a duplicate. Pavel took the other half of it. The admin gets an email with the request and a direct link that opens the invite window with the requester's email already filled in, so they pick the role and the dashboard and approve, or decline from the same place. While you wait there is a clear pending screen, and creating your own organization is always one click away if you would rather not wait around. Publishers also get something they have been asking for a while. Sergey rebuilt the payout data so it could be shown at all and Rodion put it into the dashboard, which means every payout, its current status, and the orders behind it are now in one place—instead of the gap between "published" and "paid" that everyone had to fill in themselves. The rest of the batch is a long tail of smaller things. Insights now tells you how many referring domains a keyword actually needs, marketplace filters behave, invoices and receipts read properly, and there is a pile of interface fixes across both dashboards. Improvements • Authentication New users whose email domain matches an existing organization can now request to join it during signup, instead of creating a duplicate one. • Members management Admins receive an email for each join request, with a link that opens the invite window with the role and dashboard ready to be set. • Members management Yerkebulan made it so that the invitation window now opens directly from the campaign empty state, without the extra step in between. • Publisher dashboard Payouts are now tracked in the publisher dashboard, with full history, status, and the orders behind each one. • Publisher dashboard Payouts now check Stripe verification upfront and tell you what is missing, instead of failing later. • Metrics Insights recommendations now show how many referring domains a keyword needs before it can realistically rank. • Content management Pasting content is now easier because the title and body inputs work together: you can now paste the entire content directly into the title input, and the system will place the first paragraph in the title and everything else in the body. • Metrics Sergey untangled domain ownership, so the same domain can be used across several projects and one person adding it no longer blocks insights for everyone else. • Marketplace Explanatory tooltips were added to the filters that were hardest to read. • Marketplace Offer tabs now mention the media name, so you always know which publication you are looking at. • Marketplace The whole bookmark row is clickable now, not just the title. • Marketplace The country filter no longer hides one left option behind "Show More". • Marketplace The new “Availability” filter now sits at the end of the filter list to show/hide by-request offers in the marketplace. • Marketplace The marketplace now remembers selected columns and their order when going from page to page. • Dashboards Buttons carry role-specific tooltips explaining why an action is unavailable to you. • Orders Images are highlighted when you select them in the text and order editors. • Emails Daniil put a "Paid" stamp on client monthly invoices. • Public API Pavel added filtering and sorting to the Medialister API, so the catalog can be queried properly. Fixes • Insights The keyword chart and the recommendations in insights no longer show different data. • Marketplace The categories filter finds offers again—the data behind it was not updating. • Marketplace Filtering by sensitive topics works. • Checkout Fixed a race condition that could leave a cancelled Stripe payment in the wrong state. • Orders An extra sent in the order chat appears immediately instead of only after a refresh. • Orders Adding content no longer resets the settings for the publishing date. • Orders Images with long file names can be uploaded to texts and orders again. • Emails The email-change flow sent both messages to the old address, and the warning email was a duplicate confirmation. Both fixed. • Emails Long IDs no longer break the layout of receipt documents. • Offers management The "Next" button on the Format step of Add Offers no longer stays disabled when the page scaled up. • Dashboards Fixed an "Access Denied" error some users were hitting. • Support The help widget failed to load for some users. • Design fix The offer page stepper, the oversized media adding window, the drifting Google Search Console button, and the page shifting after you select the last tag were all cleaned up. --- ### [August, 2026. 1st Batch.](https://roadmap.medialister.com/changelog/2026-08-14-august-2026-1st-batch) (2026-08-14) Insights no longer wait on Google Search Console. Add your project domain and we pull the keyword data from DataForSEO right away, so your striking distance report and the media matched to it are there almost immediately. Connecting Search Console still gives you exact numbers—it is simply no longer the price of admission. Sergey rebuilt the data side of this flow and Yerkebulan brought it into the product. You will now find prompts to get insights straight from the marketplace table and from any offer page, and each offer shows which of your keywords and pages it can realistically help, with a shortcut into the matching striking distance insight. Improvements and Changes • Marketplace Offer pages now show the keywords and pages a placement can help with, taken from your striking distance report, with a shortcut into the related insight. • Marketplace New prompts in the marketplace table and on offer pages let you start insights by adding your project domain, without connecting Search Console first. • Marketplace The "News Agency" and "Portal" media types are gone. Offers that were in them now sit under “News Media.” • Marketplace Some optimizations with cach to make everything faster on the marketplace. • Cart Similar cache optimizations in the cart to make it feel faster. • Client dashboards The signup step and the project prompt now include an illustration of an insight. • Members management MCP permissions are split into read-only and write groups. You can allow read-only tools broadly and still require approval for anything that writes or deletes. Pavel took this one on. • Media management Offers from publishers who picked "General Media" during onboarding now land in the General News category, so they show up when you filter by category. Fixes • Orders Publishers no longer see order details and client messages for new clients while forced moderation is still in place. • Offers management Offers from an organization that has not passed verification now show "Not Listed" with a tooltip explaining why, instead of sitting in "Under Review". • Dashboards Renaming your organization updates the sidebar and the context switcher straight away. • Order The total earned amount shown after an order is published is correct again. • Publisher dashboard Payouts in HUF and some other currencies no longer fail when the amount is not divisible by 100. --- ### [July, 2026. 3rd Batch.](https://roadmap.medialister.com/changelog/2026-07-31-july-2026-3rd-batch) (2026-07-31) Your search console keywords now follow you into the marketplace. A new For Your Keywords filter narrows the whole catalog down to the media we matched to the keywords your site is almost ranking for, so the shortlist you saw in insights is one click away from the offers you actually book. Improvements and Changes • Marketplace The new For Your Keywords filter shows only the media matched to your Google Search Console keywords. • Publisher dashboard The payout page now shows an "Action Required" notice and holds back payout requests while your Stripe account still needs information preventing from making a payout. • Checkout Checking out from an AI assistant through our MCP server has now been removed as an action prone to failure when using LLMs, which are probabilistic by nature. • Design system Links in dark tooltips are more readable now, with proper contrast against the background. • Media management We now hide batch media adding to prevent flooding our database and the marketplace until we decide how to improve this flow. In case you need it, contact us directly. Fixes • Marketplace Recommended offers opened from insights no longer land on a "Data is not available right now" screen. • Marketplace Goal-based filters now apply correctly when you change your campaign goal somewhere other than the marketplace page. • Checkout Fixed the server error and the missing "add payment method" button when an order came to more than your current balance. • Campaign Switching campaigns no longer leaves the previous campaign's order open—which also cleared up the slow loading some campaigns had when switching. • Orders When switching between campaigns, open orders are now closed so not to confuse. • Members management The members section for publishers shows the right data when you switch between your own organization and one you were invited to. • Offers management Saving sensitive topics through the exit button now actually saves—the confirmation dialog no longer discards the change. • Offers management Switching an offer between a limited and unlimited character or word count now prompts you to save when you exit. --- ### [July, 2026. 2nd Batch.](https://roadmap.medialister.com/changelog/2026-07-17-july-2026-2nd-batch) (2026-07-17) Insights just got a lot more useful. When you review a project's Insights, you can now pick a keyword straight from the chart or the chips and instantly see the media that fit it best—no more guessing which placements match a keyword. The recommendation list surfaces every relevant match, and results are ranked by price so it's easier to choose where to spend. We also added clear states for when there's nothing to show yet, so the section never leaves you staring at a blank screen. Yerkebulan rebuilt the recommended-media view along with its empty and error states, while Pavel reworked the keyword-to-article matching so the output brings up all the right options and ranks them sensibly. Improvements • Marketplace Media categories were rewritten with better namings. • Marketplace Rodion tidied up the offer example block: long links are trimmed to two lines with the full URL on hover. • Marketplace The offer page now has a maximum content width and centers neatly, so pages with little data no longer sprawl across wide screens. • Marketplace The website-link button in the marketplace table is clearer about what it does, with the media domain shown on hover. • Marketplace When you're viewing a bookmark folder, the marketplace now clearly shows which folder is applied, with a quick way to step back out to the full catalog. • Campaign Projects now log a "Google Search Console connected" activity, so you can see when GSC was connected, by whom, and for which domain. • Members management Member emails are now shown for both publisher and client dashboard members, making it easy to see which address someone uses to log in. • Publisher dashboard We now collect a phone number for publishers during setup. • Checkout If topping up from an order for changed conditions or booking extras, you're taken straight back to the order you were working on after the checkout flow. • Authentication Invited users no longer see the organization-renaming popup—it now appears only once, and only for the organization owner. Fixes • Orders Fixed a confusing "order cannot be canceled" error that could appear when cancelling an order right after sending it to review. • Checkout When an order that included an extra is canceled, the extra now correctly shows as canceled on the transaction page instead of "Success". • Cart The "added to cart" confirmation now reads correctly when you add an offer together with an extra. • Marketplace Removed duplicate entries from the local coverage filter. • Marketplace Publisher media search now returns results when you paste a full URL, with or without "https" or "www". • Campaign Fixed an error that stopped invited Viewer-role members from opening the Texts tab in a campaign they were invited to. • Authentication Fixed an "Access Denied" error some invited clients hit after being added to a manually created project. • Authentication The organization setup popup can no longer be dismissed by accidentally clicking outside it. • Publisher dashboard The withdraw button now explains why it's unavailable—publishers get clear feedback about the missing billing details instead of a silently disabled button. • Emails Cleaned up the notification email from raw data that goes out when a publisher sends an extra in the order chat. --- ### [July, 2026. 1st Batch.](https://roadmap.medialister.com/changelog/2026-07-03-july-2026-1st-batch) (2026-07-03) While we work on a few major features for both clients and publishers, we’re also adding some small product improvements and, as usual, a bunch of fixes. Meanwhile, you can also check out our previous notable releases, including the client MCP server and the Google Search Console integration within insights. You can also learn more about our Medialister Attention Index, which aimed to provide another way to measure the impact of PR campaigns. Improvements • Marketplace You can now apply and search filters directly from the search popup, without leaving the search box. • Marketplace Clicking "See All Offers" on a package now opens the full catalogue instead of just that folder. • Campaign Connecting Google Search Console is now recorded as a project activity, so you can see who connected it and for which domain. Fixes • Marketplace Search now filters correctly when your query includes "https://"—previously it could return every outlet instead of the matching ones. • Marketplace Fixed a delay where outlets were slow to load right after applying a filter. • Marketplace Now, all the categories, languages, and locations are shown on the offer page instead of just one. • Marketplace Corrected the label shown for the "sponsored" link-type filter. • Checkout Repeat top-ups using a saved Stripe Link payment method now go through instead of failing. • Checkout Your balance now updates correctly right after an order is canceled. • Editor Fixed a bug when the formatting menu was shown on another side of the screen. • Authentication Fixed a notification issue in the password-update flow. --- ### [June, 2026. 2nd Batch.](https://roadmap.medialister.com/changelog/2026-06-22-june-2026-2nd-batch) (2026-06-21) Meet insights—a new tab in your dashboard that surfaces proactive recommendations for what to work on next, so you're not digging through data to spot your opportunities. New insights arrive as cards in a single feed, each tagged with the project it belongs to, and a badge on the sidebar icon tells you how many are waiting. The first insight type is striking distance: a weekly shortlist of the pages and keywords that aren't at the top of Google yet but are close enough that a little attention could push them up. It zeroes in on the realistic "almost there" zone—roughly positions 3 to 20—and shows up as a bubble chart, where each bubble is a keyword placed by its Google ranking and sized by its impressions, with your pages listed alongside by average position. Delivered by Pavel and Yerkebulan. Improvements • Authentication You can now change your account email yourself, without having to go through an admin. • Campaigns The campaign empty state is now package-based, with offers suggested in packages for different goals. • Offers management Rodion added an option for publishers to choose whether a format's text limit is counted in characters or in words when creating a new format. • Marketplace Sensitive topics that are available only for an additional fee with extras are now marked in red on the offer page and in the order drawer. These offers are also included under the related filters. • Orders The hints and warnings on the content limits are now more descriptive and rpecise, showing exactly why an order can’t be sent for review. • Orders We now show the updated (not) accepted sensitive topics when they change within new placement conditions that must be accepted. Previously, we only indicated that something had changed, without showing what exactly changed. Allowed sensitive topics are also displayed in the order drawer by default too. • GSC When connecting Google Search Console, we now verify that the account has a properly connected domain that matches the one entered for a project on Medialister. If it doesn’t, we show an error and a reconnection flow. Fixes • Marketplace Preset-filter links now keep working correctly when UTM parameters are attached. • Marketplace Price sorting now behaves reliably when done together with a search query. • Extras management Fixed an error that stopped you from buying several extras in a row on the same order. • Dashboards Fixed a case where users belonging to multiple organizations couldn't open the client dashboard. --- ### [June, 2026. 1st Batch.](https://roadmap.medialister.com/changelog/2026-06-05-june-2026-1st-batch) (2026-06-05) Checkout is now one click. We've collapsed the old multi-step booking and payment process into a single, unified screen, so what used to take several screens and a few back-and-forths now happens in one place. Rodion with Daniil drove this one end to end, retiring the legacy flow along the way. We've also started connecting Google Search Console. Clients can now link their Search Console account to projects, so we can begin gathering real search performance data. This is the connection step first—a new Insights tab built on that GSC data will follow in a later release. Stay tuned. Pavel with Yerkebulan laid the foundation for the whole integration. Improvements • Campaign After login you're taken back to your campaign board instead of the All Orders view (the All Orders Kanban is still available manually for pro-users). The sidebar "Dashboard" button now redirects to your current campaign too. • Client Dashboards Clearer wording on the "Invite" button and its helper text on the empty-state campaign dashboard. • Marketplace Customer-case videos on offer pages now play inline with autoplay, and click through to YouTube when you want the full clip. • Marketplace Removed the "Tracking Pixel" offer condition everywhere it appeared, and renamed the condition “Author’s name” to “Byline”. • Extras management Guarantee and Writing extras now follow clearer eligibility rules—guarantee only shows on permanent placements of a year or longer, and writing is hidden when the publisher already includes writing in the offer terms. • MCP You can now list available order extras and move orders between campaigns directly through the MCP server. • Offers management Renamed "Author's Name" to "Byline" in the Add Offer section for clearer wording. Fixes • Checkout Fixed balance top-ups failing with a "couldn't process your payment" error for clients using Link account. • Checkout Fixed an issue where the existing balance was enough but couldn't be used at checkout without adding a payment method first. • Authentication Fixed a redirect loop after email confirmation link was clicked multiple times and left new users stuck on a "redirecting" page during registration. • Orders In some cases, it was impossible to add images to order as the system looked for rights to edit in a wrong scope. • Orders Corrected the media name shown in an order's Activity feed. • Orders AI-assistant actions are now consistently marked "(via Claude / ChatGPT)" across all activity entries. • Orders Fixed a "content exceeds allowed limits" error that could block sending an order for review. Now we clearly show what exactly is above or below limits. • Dashboards Prepaid orders that include a writing service now appear in the client dashboard right away instead of after a delay. • Marketplace Delisted offers no longer show up as clickable items in recommendations. • Marketplace The bookmarks folder now should show more than only 10 folders as it was before. • Publisher dashboard Fixed the "Featured as" badge filter on the Offers page so results update when applied. • Emails Fixed a broken link in the order emails leading to the media website. --- ### [May, 2026. 2nd Batch.](https://roadmap.medialister.com/changelog/2026-05-22-may-2026-2nd-batch) (2026-05-22) Newly Added and Improved • Campaign Rodion updated the campaign adding and editing flows to align with the new goal system—fewer questions, a cleaner setup. • Orders Submitting a placement link for approval now shows a clear, specific error message when something goes wrong, instead of a generic "try again later." • Offers The offer page now includes video testimonials from Medialister clients. Check them out to get to know how others work with the platform. • Checkout After you process an order on a successful checkout page, you're now redirected to the dashboard with a clear notification that your order is on review—a more natural next step than the old "Work Together" screen. • Texts Pasting from Google Docs, Notion, or other editors no longer carries over extra blank lines between paragraphs. Cleaner pastes in both the order editor and the campaign texts tab. • Checkout The billing settings now show your saved payment methods and post-payment status, with a way to request access to post-payment if you're eligible. • Billing If you are a publisher, your connected bank account is now visible in the billing information section, so you can confirm at a glance where your payouts are going. • Offers management The "Prevent indexing" question when creating an offer now defaults to "No." Most publishers do allow indexing in practice, and this matches reality better. • Marketplace Offers with non-permanent placements now make the publication duration much clearer when adding the to a cart from the offer page, so there are no surprises later when an article is taken down. • Checkout Tweaked the success page copy to better invite content collaborators—"Ready to create your article? Add your content team to get started." • Medialister API We have added metrics to the Medialister API. Check the documentation for more information. Fixes • Marketplace Sorting now works correctly across Monthly Visits, Organic Traffic by Ahrefs, Organic Traffic by Semrush, and Estimated Placement Views. • Orders Opening an order no longer flashes an empty white space before the drawer renders—the drawer now appears smoothly. • Checkout Invited managers can now complete checkout on accounts with overdraft applied—the permission check that was blocking them with a 403 is fixed. --- ### [May, 2026. 1st Batch.](https://roadmap.medialister.com/changelog/2026-05-08-may-2026-1st-batch) (2026-05-08) The marketplace now features a new metric — Attention Index. It estimates how many days a published article from a given outlet typically stays in readers’ memory, based on how long visitors spend on the site and how many pages they browse per session. Think of it as a reader engagement signal — the higher the index, the longer your content is likely to resonate. You’ll find it as a new column in the marketplace table (shown by default, draggable, sortable), a range filter in the filters panel, and a metric card on each offer’s detail page — complete with a tooltip explaining what the metric means and how it’s calculated. Kudos to Rodion and Pavel for shipping this one. Improvements • Dashboards All your orders across every project and campaign are now available in a single consolidated view — no more jumping between projects to see the full picture. Thanks to Pavlo and Yerkebulan. • Cart The cart got a cleaner redesign: less visual clutter by default and a new option to manage your payment method directly from the cart. Rodion rebuilt this. • Checkout The post-payment screen has been redesigned. On a successful payment, you can start working on your order right away or invite collaborators — without navigating elsewhere. Failed and pending states also got updated looks. • Offers management Publishers can now specify whether their format accepts client-written content in addition to publisher-written text. The indicator appears in the format settings section of the Add Offer page. Thanks to Yerkebulan. • Marketplace The specific category from an offer’s conditions is now visible on the offer page and in the order’s conditions block, so you know exactly what you’re buying. • Marketplace Multi-column sorting has been removed from marketplace tables for a cleaner, more predictable browsing experience. • Metrics SEO metrics now display “N/A” instead of “0” when data is genuinely unavailable — no more misleading zero values. • Extras management Guarantee and Writing add-ons now have smarter eligibility rules. Guarantee is automatically hidden for Contributor Post offers and short-term placements (under 1 year); Writing is hidden when the offer already includes publisher-written content. • Offers management The “Author’s Name” field on the Add Offer page is now correctly labeled “Byline.” • Publisher dashboard Publishers now receive a notification when their batch of media has been approved by moderators. Fixes • Publisher dashboard Fixed: the “Back” button on the publisher terms screen wasn’t working correctly. • Publisher dashboard Fixed: KYB verification was stuck — the flow was redirecting without processing, and country selection was getting stuck. • Publisher dashboard Fixed: unable to list or delist offers from approved media. • Offers management Fixed: incorrect price calculation for publishers. • Checkout Fixed: some users couldn’t complete payment setup due to a missing Stripe customer record. The flow has been reworked to create customer records reliably. • Marketplace Fixed: the offer count shown in search results sometimes didn’t match the number of actual results. • Members management Fixed: the role selected during the invite flow was not being saved for invited members. • Members management Fixed: invited users were incorrectly sent through the new organization creation flow. • Dashboards Fixed: the sidebar was sometimes showing stale organization context after switching. • Orders Fixed: the order list wasn’t refreshing after moving an order to a different campaign. • Metrics Fixed: monthly visits data wasn’t displaying in the media performance table. • Emails Fixed: publisher notification emails weren’t being sent after new orders were placed following moderation. For the post-payment notifications, refer also to our help article in the public posts as it has some important details. --- ### [April, 2026. 2nd Batch.](https://roadmap.medialister.com/changelog/2026-04-24-april-2026-2nd-batch) (2026-04-24) Content management got a lot of love this cycle from Yerkebulan and Sergey. The text editor now surfaces a + button on the left of every block so it's obvious what content types you can add, you can change heading levels on existing text (previously you could only pick the level when writing from scratch), and the attach-to-order flow gives you a clear toast confirmation the moment your text lands in an order. Moving texts between campaigns and projects now works the same way as moving orders. Improvements • Content management You can now move texts between campaigns and projects, the same way as orders. • Content management Added a + button on the left of each editor block to make content types discoverable. You can now change heading levels (H1/H2/H3) on existing blocks easily. • Content management “Attach to Order” button got more visual weight in the text editor, plus a toast confirms once the text lands in an order. • Order Added Next/Prev buttons to scroll horizontally through attachable texts in an order—no trackpad needed. • Orders Chat in "To Publish" orders no longer silently drops messages, and publishers and clients can now communicate with each other before the order review process is started. In this case, an order can’t be processed by a publisher and marked as “Draft” on their side. • Campaign Activity feed entries for text events now include a clickable Campaign > Text link. • Publisher dashboard The country list in the KYB verification form now shows only countries supported by Stripe Connect. • Marketplace When SEO metrics aren't yet synced for a new media, we now show "—" instead of a misleading zeroes. Fixes • Marketplace Sorting by price or metrics no longer breaks as you scroll through paginated results. • Cart Extras are not smashed in the cart now under offers and shown the summary section properly too. • Orders No more phantom "Accept Changes" block when a numeric condition is edited and reverted to its original value. • Orders Prepaid orders with extra now appear in the client dashboard immediately after booking. Before, there was a few minutes lag. • Campaign The symbol/word/link counter now sits at the bottom of the editor instead of floating mid-screen. • Campaign Text activity entries without a title now read just as "Tim updated text" without empty quotes. • Design fix Transaction table header no longer stays stuck at the top when switching between client and publisher billing pages. --- ### [April, 2026. 1st Batch](https://roadmap.medialister.com/changelog/2026-04-10-april-2026-1st-batch) (2026-04-10) Our MCP server just got a major upgrade. You can now manage the entire order lifecycle directly from your AI assistant—check order details, read activity logs, browse chat messages, and take action by sending orders for review or approving placements. On the content side, full text management landed too: create, read, update, and delete campaign texts without touching the web UI. And for those managing multiple projects, you can now read project activities and manage organizations, projects, and campaigns via MCP as well. This is a big step toward making Medialister fully operable through AI assistants like Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini. Thanks to Pavel, Yevheniia, and Anastasiia for building and testing this entire batch. For more infor on the Medialister MCP server, check the help article. Improvements • Campaign Content limits are now validated before submission—the system checks character counts, link counts, and image counts against each publisher's requirements, preventing rejected orders. • Campaign Text revisions now track editor changes properly. When a different team member edits a text, a new revision is created automatically, so you always know who changed what. Thanks to Sergey. • Campaign Changing text statuses (In Progress → Ready, etc.) is now more intuitive with the drag-and-drop system. • Orders The activity text for system-approved orders now reads "auto-approved by the system" for better clarity. • Orders When a publisher reverts a price change back to the original, conditions no longer incorrectly show as pending acceptance if previous changes weren’t accepted yet. • Orders The deadline timer now pauses correctly while an order is waiting for client revisions, and admins can move stuck orders back to On Review. • Orders The order and chat drawer got a few visual refresh—cleaner layout for extras, and new status icons. Artur shipped this one. • Publisher dashboard Filters on the publisher dashboard now display numeric counts, making it easier to see how many items match each option. Yerkebulan implemented this. • Emails Publisher email notification links now redirect straight to the correct media board instead of the last viewed one. Fixes • Orders Fixed a critical bug where the "Approve" button threw an error instead of processing the approval. • Orders Fixed wrong media name appearing in publisher chat when switching between media projects. • Marketplace The "Editor's Choice" badge filter now correctly uses OR logic with other badges, matching the expected behavior. • Offers management Options to set a specific category for a placement and accepted topics now save correctly. • Offers management Offer price changes now reflect in real time without requiring a page refresh. • Offers management Fixed offer settings (pictures allowed, category) not saving across browsers. • Publisher dashboard Switching between media no longer results in a 404 page. • Projects Newly created projects now appear immediately in the navigation menu. • Members The project members list now correctly shows only members with access to that project, not the entire organization. • Authentication Users who sign up as publishers and switch to the client dashboard before adding media are no longer stuck on a broken page. • Design fix Fixed inconsistent paddings on prompt components across the product. --- ### [March, 2026. 2nd Batch.](https://roadmap.medialister.com/changelog/2026-03-27-march-2026-2nd-batch) (2026-03-27) We've added two big trust and discovery features to the marketplace this cycle. First, you'll now see Bestseller offers pinned at the top of the marketplace table when browsing without filters or sorting. These are hand-picked placements our team highlights—strategic partners, high-performing media, and time-sensitive promotions—so you can discover quality offers right away. As soon as you apply any filter or search, the marketplace works as usual. Second, verified publishers now display a badge next to their site name across the marketplace. If a publisher is verified by our team, you'll see the mark—a quick visual signal that the media is managed by a trusted source. Kudos to Sergey and Yerkebulan for building the bestseller system end to end, and to Sergey again for shipping the verified media mark. Improvements • Authorization When opening a client dashboard for the first time after registering as a publisher, the system now asks you to provide information to learn more about you as a client, without an option to choose the publisher side again. • Marketplace Goal-based prompts now appear as you scroll through the marketplace table, nudging you to set campaign goals like SEO backlinks, AI visibility, or PR coverage. They disappear once a goal is already set for the campaign. Shipped Rodion. • Texts Content editor width is now restricted on wide screens for a more comfortable reading experience. • Cart The campaign selector in the cart now groups campaigns by project, making it much easier to pick the right one. • Cart Extras now show a proper empty state instead of a blank area when none are available. • Offers management The contributor post format is now hidden when adding or editing an offer, so you only see what's actually available. Previously created contributor posts are migrated to the article format type. • Orders When an order is sent back to the client for revision, the deadline now pauses correctly instead of continuing to tick and showing as overdue. Fixes • Marketplace Fixed empty tooltips appearing when no description is provided for an extra. • Marketplace Aligned the number of extras displayed on the offer page. • Marketplace Long media titles in the marketplace table are now properly truncated. • Marketplace Applied location filters are now visible in the filters section. • Publisher dashboard Search now works correctly even if you accidentally leave a trailing space. • Publisher dashboard Location sorting now follows a logical order instead of appearing randomly. • Order Fixed notifications appearing for orders that haven't been sent for review yet. • Dashboards Fixed an issue where two orders could appear open simultaneously. • Dashboards Opening the site from a saved link no longer shows an empty phantom order. • Orders Extras added by the publisher in the order chat now save correctly without needing a page refresh. • Texts Fixed the order count displayed on texts—it now reflects the actual number of linked orders. • Texts Text revision activities are no longer saved multiple times per minute generating dozens of activity logs in projects; they now track properly per revision. • Checkout Cashback transactions are now labeled correctly instead of showing as "Top Up." --- ### [March, 2026. 1st Batch.](https://roadmap.medialister.com/changelog/2026-03-13-march-2026-1st-batch) (2026-03-13) We're launching content management—a dedicated space to create, organize, and manage your texts independently from orders. Until now, content lived inside individual orders, meaning you had to book a placement before you could start writing. That's no longer the case. With the new texts tab inside every campaign, you can write and prepare content at your own pace, then attach it to one or multiple orders when you're ready. Texts updates also show up in your project's activity feed, making it easy to keep your team in the loop on content progress. This release also introduces the editor role. You can now invite content writers and freelance editors to your projects with just the right level of access: full control over texts, read-only everywhere else. No risk of accidental purchases or campaign changes—just focused content collaboration. Big thanks to Yerkebulan and Sergey for making this happen. This is just the beta yet with more improvements are already in the works. MCP Server (Beta) Pavel also implemented an MCP server that is currently in beta. For now, it exposes marketplace search and filters, adding items to the cart, creating bookmarks, and reading your client’s balance. We plan to expand the supported functionality here in the near future. For now, we’d love to hear about the scenarios you plan to use it for. Feel free to share them with us at feedback@medialister.com or through the in-product chat. Improvements • Balance You can now apply gift codes from the balance popup or using links like https://app.medialister.com/dashboard?gift-card-code=XXXXXX. Delivered by Rodion. • Authorization We now ask for a mobile number right after signing up to make sure you’re a real person. In the future, we’ll also use it to integrate with the notification system. It can be changed any time from the personal settings. • Marketplace Restructured the essentials filter block with clearer visual separation between filter groups and smarter collapse behavior—everything is easier to scan now. • Marketplace Improved how location names are displayed across the marketplace for better readability. • Orders Successfully published orders now trigger a confetti celebration—because your wins deserve to be celebrated 🎉. • Design fix Refined chips, badges, and alerts across the product—unified filter and bulk-search chip styles, updated badge icons, and tweaked alert sizing for a cleaner look. • Media management Artur added a way to clear incomplete media setup queues started from the batch media adding. • Media management UI-refreshments in the media tab: cleaner filter icons, removed the redundant moderation warning banner, and improved the "Add Media" button styles. • Offers management Renamed "Your Price" to "Gross Price" for clarity. • Media management Clearer empty state when filters in the media tab return no results. • Orders Notification badges in the sidebar now correctly show the number of orders needing attention, not the total count of individual notifications. • Orders Publishers can now use a "Keep Order" button to confirm they want to proceed with a disputed order under cancelation requested by clients for ongoing orders. • Orders Images in the HTML are no longer in Base64-encoded format. They now use standard links to make content copying easier. • Publisher dashboard Common countries like the US and UK now appear first in the media country selection dropdowns instead of less usable alphabetical order. • Affiliate program Affiliate referrals now earn a cashback bonus for referred clients, tied to their actual spending on published articles. Check the terms. Fixes • Marketplace Metric filter sliders no longer auto-adjust when you type a specific value manually. • Marketplace Fixed the results counter jumping and creating layout shifts when the number of results changed. • Marketplace Fixed an issue with duplicated locations in the local coverage filter. • Marketplace Turnaround time now correctly reads "1 day" instead of "1 days". • Publisher dashboard Fixed the local coverage filter incorrectly selecting all options when only one was chosen. • Payouts Fixed a bug where rapidly clicking the withdraw button could create multiple payouts. • Authentication Removed a duplicate +1 country code from the phone number list. • Authentication Daniil patched a clickjacking vulnerability on the login page. --- ### [February, 2026. 2nd Batch.](https://roadmap.medialister.com/changelog/2026-02-27-february-2026-2nd-batch) (2026-02-26) We've been putting a lot of love into making the marketplace smarter about geography. The local coverage filter now shows the full location hierarchy—state, country—so you'll never confuse Georgia the US state with Georgia the country again. This applies to all same-name locations across the platform. We also refined how campaign goals work with the marketplace. The recommended filters and sortings from your campaign goal are now applied only when you explicitly choose to—not every time you revisit the marketplace. And if you want to quickly reapply those goal-based recommendations, there's a new "Apply Goal-Based" button right in the Essentials block. Kudos to Rodion and Pavel for shipping these marketplace improvements, and to Sergey for fixing badge filtering under the hood. Improvements • Marketplace The local coverage filter now displays location hierarchy (state, country) under each location name, making it easy to tell apart same-name places like Georgia (US) vs. Georgia (country). • Marketplace Location search now sorted properly for results—e.g., entering “New York” shows New York at the top instead of the 4th position. • Marketplace Added an "Apply Goal-Based" button to the Essentials section so you can re-apply your campaign's recommended filters and sortings anytime. Thanks to Rodion. • Marketplace Goal-based view is no longer automatically re-applied every time you return to the marketplace—it only changes when you set a goal or click the button "Apply Goal-Based." • Infrastructure Under the hood, Daniil upgraded our entire backend framework. You won't notice any changes on the surface, but this keeps our foundation modern, and makes future improvements faster to ship. Fixes • Orders Fixed an issue where the chat box wasn't visible, making it impossible to send messages in order chats. • Marketplace Fixed the badge “Editor's Choice” not appearing in filters. • Marketplace Fixed an issue where our bookmark selection displayed as an empty marketplace table. • Emails Fixed an issue where some emails were not sent (e.g., notifications about new orders). • Media management Fixed marketplace filters applied to the media view on the publisher dashboard. • Design fix Cleaned up border radius, selection states, and spacing in the onboarding, essentials filters, and goal selectors --- ### [February, 2026. 1st Batch.](https://roadmap.medialister.com/changelog/2026-02-13-february-2026-1st-batch) (2026-02-12) Publishers, we heard you—navigating between media to find specific orders was a pain, especially if you manage a large portfolio. So we built the All Orders page: a single view that consolidates orders from all your media in one place. The all orders page is now your default landing when you open the orders section. The media switcher in the sidebar is still there if you need to drill down, but for day-to-day order management, this new view should save you a lot of clicks and context-switching. Delivered by Pavel and Yerkebulan. Improvements • Marketplace The locale coverage filter now works with states (try California or Florida, for example). • Marketplace The "Essentials" filter block now changes its name dynamically based on your campaign goal—so if your goal is SEO, you'll see "SEO Essentials" instead of a generic label. • Marketplace We refined the essential filters shown for each campaign goal. Instead of showing the entire filter group (for example, “Featured as”), we now show specific filters in that group based on the selected goal. Thanks to Rodion. • Offers management Publishers can no longer add offers to media that have been banned or declined by Medialister’s moderators—the "Add Offer" button is now properly disabled with an explanation. Fixes • Orders Fixed an issue where the change request message wasn't sent to the chat. • Members management Resolved a bug that caused user invitations to fail in certain scenarios. • Dashboards Fully removed users with the “Viewer” role from the publisher dashboard. The role remained after refactoring but wasn’t used in the actual interface, which caused issues for a few users. • Campaign Fixed an issue where newly registered users could encounter an undefined current campaign, leading to a blank dashboard. • Publisher dashboard Resolved a "Something Went Wrong" error that appeared when redirecting to publisher orders. --- ### [January, 2026. 2nd Batch.](https://roadmap.medialister.com/changelog/2026-01-30-january-2026-2nd-batch) (2026-01-29) We've redesigned the client onboarding from the ground up. Previously, new users had to answer a lengthy questionnaire before they could even see the product—and many never made it through. Now, it's just one question: your segment. That's it. You're in. Campaign goals have moved to where they actually matter. Once you're on the marketplace, you can select a specific goal (like SEO link building, brand awareness, or AI visibility). The marketplace immediately updates its set up with goal-based essential filters, columns setup, and our suggested filters and sortings will be applied. This makes the first experience far more focused and actionable. Done by Rodion, Pavel, and Yevheniia. Improvements • Marketplace Rebuilt slider filters for metrics with better handling of large value ranges. It is way easier now to choose lower values. • Marketplace Expanded filters block now visually indicates there is a scroll with more options. • Checkout The “Top Up and Book” button now shows a loading spinner to indicate the process as it can take a few seconds. • Orders Improved media swap recommendations—now powered by competitor data for more relevant suggestions. Thanks to Sergey. • Orders Optimized campaigns and orders API requests for noticeably faster loading. • Orders The publish date now better indicates what it is and when to publish content. If it’s set to “PUBLISH AFTER” (aka embargo), we block any way to send a placement link and close such orders. If it’s set to “PUBLISH BEFORE” (aka deadline), we show a warning 2 days before it to publish the content ASAP. • Media management Now, you can edit media, including multiple items at once. In the latter case, the same settings will apply to all selected media. • Offers management Managers can now see, by hovering over the offer status, that only admins can list and delist, which prevents confusion. • Publisher dashboard New empty state for the publisher dashboard with clearer design. • Publisher dashboard Filters in the media and offers tabs now show only relevant options (locations, formats) based on your actual media, not everything in the marketplace. • Design system Refreshed the entire platform color palette and design system—updated form components, tables, tabs, modals, and dropdowns across the product. Kudos to Yerkebulan for this thorough overhaul. • Design system The error color is now more clearly distinguished from the brand color. Error text is now bold for improved readability. • Dashboards Transactions table now correctly shows data based on whether you're in the publisher or client dashboard. Fixes • Marketplace Fixed the same media appearing in its own recommendations on the offer page. • Marketplace Changed the bulk mode search icon. • Marketplace Fixed bookmark counter not updating in real time. • Marketplace Fixed an issue where bulk search mode showed an error when users entered unexpected symbols. • Cart Fixed item count not updating properly when removing or adding items. • Cart Fixed breadcrumb icons to match current designs. • Checkout Fixed "Top Up + Book" incorrectly redirecting to "Book" when balance was insufficient. • Checkout Added the "State" field to billing profiles for all countries—no more re-entering it at every checkout. • Campaign Fixed long email addresses pushing "Invitation sent" text off-screen. • Media management Fixed a bug where adding a single media item showed “Magic has broken” at the last step, instead of displaying a proper preview with metrics and other data. • Publisher dashboard Fixed right-side spacing inconsistency in the media table. • Publisher dashboard Fixed "Under review" status text color to match designs. • Orders Fixed activity logs showing UTC time instead of your local timezone. • Orders Fixed new hyperlink conditions not being highlighted correctly in the changed conditions block. • Design fix Fixed padding inconsistencies in dropdowns across the platform. • Design fix Fixed sidebar menu icons getting cut off after navigating to transactions. --- ### [January, 2026. 1st Batch.](https://roadmap.medialister.com/changelog/2026-01-16-january-2026-1st-batch) (2026-01-15) Artur and Pavel have completely redesigned the media tab in the publisher dashboard. Publishers can now filter their media by different properties, search by name or URL, and see clear media status indicators at a glance. The new interface makes it much easier to manage large portfolios and quickly find specific outlets. The filtering system works seamlessly across all your media, whether you have a handful of sites or hundreds. Status badges give you immediate visibility into which media are live, which need attention, and which are pending review. You can now also see how many offers, out of all offers created in a media, are listed. Improvements • Cart Rodion optimized the cart once again for the sake of a smooth experience. • Marketplace Yerkebulan added the bookmark icon to offers in the marketplace table to indicate which ones were bookmarked already. • Client dashboard Campaign and project names now support emojis, numbers, and Cyrillic characters. Previously, these symbols were rejected without even warning what’s wrong. • Billing Pavel added bought extras in monthly invoices with clear line-item breakdowns showing the related placement, extra name, and service fee. • Billing The transactions table now displays extra names, so you can see exactly what each charge corresponds to. • Billing All financial documents (invoices, receipts, credit notes, self-billing invoices) now use a cleaner date format: November 12, 2025. • Billing Your balance is now a clickable link that takes you directly to your transactions page. • Marketplace The color gradient on the visits chart is now subtler and more visible in many cases. • Publisher dashboard The Stripe Connect warning banner now only appears when your account is actually disabled—not when there's a future requirement that doesn't affect you yet. • Publisher dashboard Pre-moderation now applies to single media additions for existing in the catalogue websites, ensuring quality across all additions. If we do not have such media yet, the flow is as it was. • Publisher dashboard Removed the redirect to the orders view when clicking a row in the media table, which often caused misclicks. • Media management Prevent publishers from selecting "Global" location setting when the media type is set to "Local news" • Emails New email notification for order cancelation requests for publishers. • Emails New email notifications for successful refunds. • Emails Order links in emails now redirect to the correct organization, project, and campaign. Fixes • Billing Fixed an issue where invoices for the wrong months were being sent. • Billing Fixed a bug preventing invoice generation when only extras were purchased in a billing period. • Billing The "Get invoice" button in billing settings now works correctly. • Billing Fixed credit notes not downloading correctly. • Billing Fixed unreadable characters appearing in invoices. • Checkout Yerkebulan fixed an issue with top-ups so the business type selection is now properly saved after completing a top-up. • Cart Clients can now purchase or confirm extras in chat when the balance is low—they're redirected to the top-up page as expected, instead of seeing an error. • Authentication Rodion fixed annoying 502 errors that appeared for users who signed in with Google or LinkedIn. • Marketplace Fixed the bulk search when the user not being able to clear it after page refresh. • Marketplace Fixed inconsistent marketplace search input widths. • Marketplace Bookmarked media count not updating properly after bookmarking. • Marketplace Removed the unnecessary separator below the last filter group when it’s expanded. • Email Order emails to publishers now include proper links that redirect to the correct dashboard. • Email Fixed an issue where the system sent two invitations when a user wasn’t yet registered. • Payouts Fixed an issue where the publisher couldn’t withdraw all earnings when a payout fee was imposed. • Order Fixed an issue where orders for placements with removed extras were uneditable, preventing users from sending them for review. • Orders Fixed excess empty space appearing in the bottom of the order editor. • Orders Fixed live chat issues where messages weren't updating in real-time. • Orders Fixed titles being cut off in the order editor. • Settings The user name is changing properly now. • Invites If an email is too long, it will now be truncated to fit the invitation modal window properly. • Design fix Fixed keyboard shortcut button paddings being inconsistent. • Design fix Fixed active tab border radius in small tab components. • Design fix Updated dropdown menus with no black border. --- ### [December, 2025. 2nd Batch.](https://roadmap.medialister.com/changelog/2025-12-19-december-2025-2nd-batch) (2025-12-18) Speed matters—and this release is mostly about taking time to make Medialister faster. Rodion has been on a mission to optimize the client experience when working with the marketplace, jumping between campaign orders. The marketplace now works snappier, orders open faster, jumping between orders is smoother. We are not fully done with those optimizations yet and there is a long journey, but we’re committed. Improvements • Marketplace The bulk search now functions as a separate feature, making it easier to learn about and discover. • Marketplace The applied filters now use a smaller font, allowing more filters to fit on a single line. • Order The email regarding order cancellations has been added. • Billing Pavel added purchased order extras to the transactions table. • Publisher dashboard Yerkebulan and Danill have released an update for Stripe verification. If Stripe requires additional documents or details in the future to maintain verification, the system will now display a warning in the dashboard, along with a link to submit the necessary information. • Publisher dashboard If your organization is banned from receiving payouts for any reason, your dashboard will tell you about it. • Emails The chat message content is added directly to the email notifications. • Design improvement The keyboard shortcut hints are now designed to be less intrusive. Fixes • Marketplace Media previews previously generated in incorrect sizes are being regenerated. • Order Sergey resolved the issue where some clients received duplicate emails about booking an order. • Cart When an extra is removed, the price in the cart now updates correctly. • Media management On the media preview, the "Exit" and "Back" buttons are no longer overlapped by other elements. • Media management Fixed an issue where media offers were available for booking via the direct link, even though Medialister moderators had rejected the media during review. • Media management The status for banned media is now displayed as red in the table instead of green. • Publisher dashboard Artur fixed an issue where navigating the publisher dashboard constantly switched the media for which orders opened. • Medialister API API now returns only listed in the marketplace offers --- ### [December, 2025. 1st Batch.](https://roadmap.medialister.com/changelog/2025-12-05-december-2025-1st-batch) (2025-12-04) Introducing media website previews. You no longer need to actually visit each media outlet to see if it suits you; everything is now visible on the offer page. Instead of just showing metrics and conditions, you now see a large, clear screenshot of what the media actually looks like. We are now focused on updating previews for our best offers, but over time, we will cover all our media. Kudos to Yerkebulan, and Pavel for shipping this update. Improvements • Marketplace The offer page now shortly explain the publishing flow. • Marketplace Some offers now include descriptions that clarify certain terms and provide details about media and placements. • Marketplace Pavel and Yerkebulan added the final price with the clients service fee included on the offer page right above the "Add to Cart" button. • Marketplace Rodion has resolved a long-standing issue, so the marketplace header now remains fixed regardless of how many columns the table displays. This makes it much easier to explore. • Marketplace Added proper context to text volume requirements—you'll now see clear tooltips explaining when your content is below minimum or above maximum limits, with updated condition displays showing ranges like "Between 1,000-2,000 symbols." Bear in mind, that some offers set limits in words instead. • Cart In the booking flow, we now display Medialister's Trustpilot rating along with a few other helpful features. • Media management Previously, it was possible to add the same domains to an organization if they were added with different media types. Now, we prevent this behavior. • Media management When media has no offers, we now display an "Add Offer" button directly in the media table. This serves as a quick shortcut and a prompt for the next action. • Offers management Artur made it so that the listing status can be changed now right from the table without going to the offer three-dot menu. The three dot menu was removed and the editing button was placed right into the table. • Offers management If the verification (KYB) is incomplete or a related media is still under review, a relevant tooltip will appear with the status, explaining why an offer can't be listed. • Offers management When trying to list multiple offers with parent media under review, the 'Change Status' button is disabled and displays a tooltip explaining why. • Orders Now, media that require your attention, such as new orders or new messages, will appear at the top of the media list in the hamburger menu. • Orders Cents are now displayed for earnings within orders. • Design improvement All tables now have headers that remain fixed at the top while scrolling, including the transactions table and the recommendations in the cart. Fixes • Marketplace The conditions regarding backdated content, meta tags, and the tracking pixel were moved from the accepted topics section to the conditions section. • Marketplace Proper rounding for prices with cents is added. • Cart Fixed recommendations taking too much space and dominating over the actual cart. • Cart Fixed a bug where checkboxes did not work correctly for newly added items when grouped by media. • Metrics Fixed an issue where some maximum metric values to chose from in the filters appeared as unrealistically high billions. • Media management Offers management The tables now appear correctly after a page refresh, with proper loading states. • Offers management Fixed a bug causing an offer delisting after its editing in some cases. • Order Long placement links will no longer extend off the screen and will be properly truncated. • Design fix Date formats are now everywhere set to November 28, 2025 . --- ### [November, 2025](https://roadmap.medialister.com/changelog/2025-11-18-november-2025) (2025-11-17) Our team has made significant improvements to the roles system behind the scenes. The publisher and client dashboards are now completely separate. You can invite members as publishers or project viewers without worrying about them accessing other parts of your business processes. We also reviewed all features and their access levels for different roles. For more details of how roles now work and full lists of accesses, check these help articles: for the client dashboard roles and the publisher ones. Kudos to Pavel, Sergey, Yerkebulan, Anastasiia, and Yevheniia for thoroughly reshaping and testing of the entire product under-the-hoods. Improvements • Support Artur added the support widget under the "?" button in the sidebar. Now you can ask AI in the chat if you have any questions about the product, or contact us directly from there. You can also report feedback and bugs, and access help articles more quickly. • Support The help articles now open in the left corner without redirecting to a separate page. • Marketplace Offers can now be found accurately in searches, whether or not you include "https:" or "www" in the URL. The search also supports multiple URLs. • Cart If a campaign is deleted or moved to a project that the current user cannot access, any cart items linked to that campaign will be removed from the cart. • Metrics Yerkebulan has improved the metrics filters. Now, metrics are separated by their source, less important ones are hidden under a "Show More" button, and applied filters display the source icon. • Checkout On the checkout, there is now a separated line above total indicating the top-up amount if it is needed for a booking. • Campaign Empty campaigns now feature a new illustrated empty state that clearly indicates the next steps to take. • Campaign The onboarding stepper for new users in campaigns has been removed. • Emails Added left cart reminders with the ability to turn them on/off from the notification settings. • Metrics For clarity, "Estimated Views" metric was renamed to "Estimated Placement Views" and "Visits" to "Monthly Visits." • Metrics Metrics with percentage values now clearly display the "%" symbol next to them in inputs. • Offers management Artur implemented homepage announcement and placement period are now available for offers editing • Media management When uploading a CSV file for batch media adding, the location of the media domains within the file no longer matters—we'll extract them from any cell, row, or column. If a value in the CSV file is not a domain or is incorrectly formatted, it will simply be skipped without causing an error. • Media management Metrics are now gathered for media added in batches right after they were added. Fixes • Marketplace Fixed slow loading times for filters in the marketplace. • Marketplace Fixed a bug where the offer conditions sometimes displayed "Without homepage announcement," while the additional info stated otherwise. • Cart In the cart, when the screen is resized to a smaller width, the price, campaign names, and remove button will no longer overlap. • Dashboards Fixed a bunch of bugs related to switching between client and publisher dashboards. • Authentication Fixed error "Something went wrong" on the password reset. • Design fix UI updates throughout the product to ensure prompt consistency • Members management Fixed a bug where some users remained marked as Pending even after accepting an invitation. • Offers management Fixed an issue when conditions were not being saved when creating or editing an offer. Previously, homepage announcement settings and the category in offers were also not saved correctly. • Extras management Rows in the extras management table no longer jump randomly when the Public checkbox is toggled on or off. • Publisher dashboard The empty publisher dashboard state isn't cropped on smaller screens anymore • Offers management Filtering by sponsored links is now working properly for offers • Offers management The language and country filters now use "OR" logic instead of "AND" when you select multiple options. • Offers management Now, opening filters won't break after reloading the page. • Offers management Small UI adjustments to the bulk actions for offers tab. • Offers management Fixed a bug during an offer adding/editing that occurred when the character limit input was set to 0 or when attempting to delete the old value while the "Unlimited" checkbox was checked. Previously, this caused the error "Can't be less than one" to appear. • Media management Fixed a bug where, when adding media in batches, scrolling through the media table during the setup stage caused the header to be partially overlapped by the scrolled rows. • Emails Fixed an issue when some users could get emails about other's orders. • Emails Project invitations are no longer sent to the project creator. Moz and Majestic metrics are now hidden. Hopefully, we will be able to restore them someday. --- ### [October, 2025](https://roadmap.medialister.com/changelog/2025-10-13-october-2025) (2025-10-13) Client Side A few months ago, we launched Extras in chats—a feature that allows publishers to send additional offers directly to clients within a chat, and clients to accept it. With today’s release, Rodion, Sergey, and Daniil are rolling out Extras 2.0. • Extras 2.0 in action: • Put extras in the cart right from the offer page. • Add extras to your bookings from the cart. • Buy extras directly from orders. • A new Extended Guarantee extra is now available, providing longer coverage for your placements. Learn more here. • Purchase writing services that allow publishers to edit your order content. • The marketplace updates: • A new bulk site checker feature is now live, allowing clients to search hundreds or even thousands of domains and URLs directly from the search bar. Kudos to Pavel and Yerkebulan for making it feel so smooth. After searching this way, all marketplace features—including filters, sorting, and bookmarking—are available. • Proper rounding of cents has been added. Previously, the amount was sometimes shown as $10.1. • The "Add to Cart" button will no longer stick too close to the edge in some cases within the tables. • Sensitive topics are now sorted alphabetically in the filters. • The cart and checkout fixes: • The system now takes into account the minimum top-up fee of $0.50. Previously, if the client's balance was available but the cart exceeded this amount by less than $0.50, a hidden error would block the booking. Now, we allow these bookings to proceed by returning the extra cents needed to meet the minimum amount back to the client balance. • The dashboard changes: • The order columns are now clearly separated with a gradient fill. • The billing upgrade: • Sergey has now ensured that the client billing profile and the publisher's billing profile are completely separate and can be configured independently. TIP: Use an SEO tool like Ahrefs, DataForSEO, or another option to find backlinks to your competitor’s website. Copy and paste those links into the marketplace search. This way, you can easily replicate your competitor’s strategy. Publisher Dashboard • Extras 2.0 are also coming to the publisher dashboard: • Publishers can manage their extras from the new extras management page in settings. • Mark extras as Public to make them available in the marketplace for offers and media, in the client's cart, and in orders. This allows clients to easily purchase them at any time. • Choose to display specific extras for certain offers or for all offers within a media. • Mark extras as Writing if they include a writing service, allowing the publisher to edit order content or parts of it for clients. • The offer updates: • The recommendation block for the offer preview has been removed as not relevant. • The empty offers table now features updated text and a clearer explanation of the next steps. • When adding or editing an offer, Artur has introduced an option to set the text volume to unlimited. • Now, it's possible to set the number of allowed links much higher than before. Previously, the maximum was 5. • The media updates: • Artur and Pavel have implemented asynchronous import for media batches. Now, when adding multiple domains, a new status, "Checking...," appears to indicate in real-time if any media remain to be imported before setup begins. Previously, this process was unclear and could result in some media not being imported if the list was huge enough. • Payouts updates: • Sergey and Yerkebulan have also added the billing details form to the payout page, which is synced with the Stripe Connect account. If no billing information was provided during the verification process, we will ask publishers to complete the form before making a payout. Other Changes • Radio button groups now have appropriate spacing between elements. Previously, the gaps were too large. --- ### [September, 2025. 2nd Batch.](https://roadmap.medialister.com/changelog/2025-09-30-september-2025-2nd-batch) (2025-09-29) Client Dashboard • The marketplace updates: • A "New" badge has been added to domains listed on Medialister within the last 60 days. • The "See More" button in long filter lists has been removed, saving you a click or two. • The cart fixes: • Rodion made the cart way more responsive when adding or removing items. • Fixed the issue where delisted offers (especially when batch delisting) were still showing up in the cart. • Sergey fixed the bug that caused the cart to freeze if it contained an offer that had been unlisted. • The dashboard fixes: • Fixed a bug where the sign-up questionnaire appeared every time users switched from the publisher dashboard to the client dashboard. This issue prevented some people from using Medialister as both a client and a publisher. • The order fixes: • When someone rejects an offer, the system now displays information about who initiated the offer in the activities. • The email notifications now has an order ID in its subject. Publisher Dashboard As the third step in updating the entire dashboard, Yerkebuland and Pavel added filters and column setups for the media and offers tables: • These tables now feature a proper search function. • Way more columns to show and sort by. • Badges for offers, such as "Best Price," "Client's Choice," and "LLM-Friendly," are now visible as well. • Additionally, publishers can now view a detailed offer page preview, just as clients do. • And a few dashboard fixes: • Artur has fixed an annoying bug where the client dashboard header was visible for a few seconds when logging into the publisher dashboard. • Another similar bug has been fixed where two icons appeared simultaneously for a few seconds for both the client and publisher balances. • The media adding flows update: • Media previews are back in action—Pavel fixed the bug where no data was displayed for some cases. • To improve batch media uploads, the table in the setup flow now has a fixed height. All buttons and actions are visible, so you no longer need to scroll through 500 rows to click "Next." • Fixed the issue where the “Do You Prevent Placements from Being Indexed?” logic was saved as the opposite of the selected option. • The offers creating/editing flow updates: • Publishers can now list or deslist multiple offers at once. • The turnaround time has been moved from media settings to offer settings because some formats can be published faster than others. • The offer editing and adding form now has a fixed height on all steps with internal scrolling when needed. The header and buttons remain fixed while you scroll. • The step "Extras" is renamed to "Sensitive Topics." • Publisher can now add and edit placement examples for offers in the redesigned flow. Other • The authorization fixes: • Fixed a bug where an "Access Denied" error appeared when trying to log in to a different account. • Design miscellaneous changes: • Radio buttons no longer change the text color to red when active, making them appear less like an error. They also are now in the regular font, so it looks clearer. • The text inputs no longer have an overly intrusive black border when in focus. --- ### [September, 2025. 1st Batch.](https://roadmap.medialister.com/changelog/2025-09-02-september-2025-1st-batch) (2025-09-01) Client Side • The marketplace updates: • Sergey and Yerkebulan have implemented new ways to help you find better offers—badges. We are now launching several types: LLM-Friendly for domains whose content is often used by ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other AI tools; Best Price for offers where we provide the lowest price on the market for similar conditions; and Editorial's Choice for hand-picked deals selected by our team. • Badges are visible not only in the marketplace and on the detailed offer page, but they can also be used as a filter through the "Featured as" option. • Pavel ensured that many offers now include more detailed descriptions of their conditions in the hints. • The marketplace search input now prevents long queries from pushing items on the right side out of the window. • The saved views now include the time of the last update in the tooltip that appears when hovering with the cursor. • The order improvements: • Rodion improved chat loading by adding a proper infinite-loading mechanism for long conversations. • He also has fixed a bug when no name were displayed above some messages Publisher Side • The dashboard updates: • The dashboard was reshaped by Artur and Pavel in the last release with separated tabs for media, offers, activities, and members. This is the second part of the publisher dashboard revamp, with the next part including proper filters, sorting, and batch editing with templates for offers. • If the verification (KYB) is not complete yet, a hard-to-miss warning signals about that now • Media adding improvements: • Adding media in batched works faster now • To prevent workflow interruptions, Artur implemented redirection to the verification flow immediately after batch media upload is completed. • The "List" button for offers is now hidden for media added in batches that are currently in moderation. • It is no longer possible to add domains one by one that already exist in the organization. • Payouts update: • The payout page now displays the bank/card details where the payout will be made. --- ### [August, 2025](https://roadmap.medialister.com/changelog/2025-08-04-august-2025) (2025-08-03) We cooked and we released! First of all, welcome our new team addition—Yevheniia, our new member in Medialister's QA tribe. The new stuff is infinitely coming out from the developers, and we recently ran out of spare hands to cover all of it. And speaking of new stuff... Client Side • The dashboard updates: • We are now rolling out the notification center to everyone. Yerkebulan and Sergey have made it so that now you can easily manage what notifications to receive. You can also unsubscribe from particular notification topics directly from emails by clicking "Unsubscribe" in the footer. • Fixed the bug when the projects/campaigns menu was partially hidden behind other interface elements • The marketplace updates: • We have added the Mention format type to get link insertions in existing articles. The flow is similar to other offer types, but be sure to check this guide. • The marketplace header is now finally fixed during scrolling when columns don't fit the window, making it easier to know what metrics you are looking at when deep into catalogue research. Kudos to Rodion. • The new "Add to Cart" button with clear feedback for added offers was also added to the search modal by Yerkebulan. • The authentication flow update: • We now ask on the registration if you'd like to get email updates from us occasionally. You also can always change it in the notifications settings. • The cart updates: • The shortcut to go to the marketplace is added to the cart. • The billing updates and fixes: • In the transactions, the amount for bookings now has the minus sign as it should. • The extras now are displayed in the transactions. • Other fixes: • The invitation emails now have no unnecessary slash in "You\'ve Been Invited". Great job, Tim, get a break! Publisher Side The publisher dashboard was upgraded to fit the need of big publishers. Pavel, Artur, Anastasiia, and Ekaterina did a great job to make it live, so the new experience includes such updates as: • Batch adding of up to 500 media at once. You can either upload a CSV file with the column of domains to add or use the text area to input/paste multiple domains manually. • The offer-adding feature has been fully redone to allow adding offers for multiple media at once. Select media on the publisher dashboard and click "Add Offers", and after setting up new offers, confirm the selected media one more time (just in case). Bear in mind, the batch media adding works with pre-moderation as we care about the catalogue experience and media quality. Such moderation is usually completed within 24 hours. More to come on this ongoing dashboard upgrade, which will make media and offer management much easier after adding it. • Other updates: • Orders-related emails now have information about which media the order was placed in. • Fixed the bug that caused email notifications about new messages and deadline warnings to be sent even when orders had not yet been submitted for client review. --- ### [July, 2025](https://roadmap.medialister.com/changelog/2025-07-22-july-2025) (2025-07-21) Here are the updates we've released in the last weeks. Client Side • The marketplace updates: • Yerkebulan improved the feedback for the "Add to Cart" button. It now changes state when an offer is added, making it clear that the item was added. Additionally, you can now scroll from column to column using the arrows. • He also made it easier for some people to scroll through tables when they don't fit within the window's width. • Rage-clicking the dashboard button will no longer freeze the entire interface. • Pavel fixed wrong format date in the activities from 2025-04-10 00:00:00 to Jul 22, 2025 • The order updates: • Now, it is improssible to send empty messages in chats • The "Copy ID" buttons have been moved to the three-dot menu at the top, and the IDs are now more reader-friendly. You can also use these IDs in the campaign search input. • The chat input is sticky during scrolling for easier access. • Extras, a new feature which allows you to receive and accept extra offers directly in the chat. We recommend learning more about what extras are and how they work here. If you have any ideas, such as requesting more dofollow links or a larger text volume, feel free to ask the publisher in the chat. • The checkout experience: • There was a bug in the cart where prices didn't update to the new ones, but Sergey has now fixed it. • The billing updates: • You can now download financial documents directly from the transactions table including invoices and top-up receipts. Publisher Side We are currently implementing a major update for publishers with extensive media and offers in their inventory—ranging from hundreds to even thousands. CSV media uploading, batch offer editing, filters, sorting, and other tools to efficiently manage a large inventory. Meanwhile, Rodion and Daniil have shipped a major new feature—Extras. This fully customizable tool allows publishers to upsell and deliver more value to their clients. The feature is conveniently integrated into the chats. Here are some examples of what you can offer: • Social Media Sharing • Newsletter Inclusion • Homepage or Featured Placement • Follow-up Content or Reposts • Dinner with The Media Boss. Irina has provided a useful help article for all of us to learn the drills. So, if you change your mind at the last minute, we've got you covered. • There is also now a way to add selected in the cart items to a bookmarks folder. • The client dashboard updates: • Now, when clicking through orders, the scroll position of the opened campaign remains unchanged, preventing jarring jumps. • Fixed the bug that prevented the current campaign from being highlighted in the navigation menu. • Yerkebulan has fixed a bug that caused the role options to be disabled after refreshing the members table page. • Artur made it possible to create geo-specific campaigns. Just choose the region you want to target within a campaign, and the marketplace recommendations will adjust accordingly. • The order updates: • When the price changes for a booked order and a top-up is required to proceed, the needed amount is now pre-filled in the top-up flow. • Fixed a bug that prevented the confirmation popup from appearing when canceling an order. • The chat is now open for communication within orders, even after they have been fulfilled. • The payment method is now correctly displayed in the transactions. • The authorization flow changes: • When a new organization registers, we ask for its name so everyone involved can easily identify each other. The system also pre-fills the name based on the registered email for convenience. Publisher Side • Pavel implemented proper metrics gathering and updates for newly added media. • Now, when adding media, the final step will include a preview with up-to-date metrics. • Metrics are now displayed for all new media in the marketplace for clients. • The metrics are updated monthly. • The publisher dashboard changes: • Following our previous changelog, Artur has updated the publisher dashboard to the new design. This change increases the working area and ensures a consistent interface throughout the product. • We made accessing the media dashboard easier by separating it from the orders. Publishers now see two buttons in the sidebar: one for the publisher dashboard and another for orders. • Rodion has improved the switching between the publisher and client dashboards. Now, orders from one dashboard won't appear on the other. • Fixed a bug when only 10 media was shown in the table • When adding or editing a format, you can now choose a specific category under which a placement will be published. • The billing updates: • Self-billing invoices are now available for download from the transactions table. • The payment method is now visible in the trasactions table. • Payouts for non-USD clients are now available! Here is the breakdown of what and why Artur and Yerkebulan have changed with it: • The marketplace was moved to the tab "Media" into campaigns. This change makes it clearer that when you open this tab, the suggested media are recommended specifically for the campaign you are currently working on. • A brand-new sidebar now replaces the header, preserving valuable vertical space. This allows for displaying more orders, a larger order drawer, and additional media in the marketplace. • The campaign header was combined into a single section again to save vertical space in the working area. • The marketplace now has a feature to hide and show the filters area to dedicate more space for the media table if needed • The cart itself is now more user-friendly: • As the marketplace was moved to the campaign view, the system now knows exactly which items in the cart belong to each campaign. Soon, we will ad ability to change the campaign for bookings right from the cart. • Every format now has a link to check it one more time before booking it • Media now have the link to their website to, again, check them if needed • You can now group items in the cart either by media, as before, or by campaign. TIP: Use 1 and 2 to navigate between tabs in the campaign, ⌘/CTRL+K to open the campaign and projects search, ⌘/CTRL+S to open the marketplace search. Client Side Updates • The order updates: • Yerkebulan improved the layout of the changed conditions and updated the conditions for the media swap feature, making it looks better with proper gaps. • The client dashboard: • Resolved an issue where a "1" appeared in emails after sending invitations. The invites worked correctly; the problem was only a visual bug. • The marketplace fixes: • The search input isn't jumping now when clicking on it Publisher Dashboard Improvements • Rodion added explanations for the media types to help users when selecting one for new media. • Orders now display the potential earnings at the top • Now, when a publisher views an order, there are no annoying notifications about changed conditions or buttons to accept or decline them. Other Updates The help center moved to this address: https://roadmap.medialister.com/docs Also, regarding the last changelog, we had experienced some issues with the previous release, but most of its features are now live. --- ### [April, 2025. 2nd Batch.](https://roadmap.medialister.com/changelog/2025-04-28-april-2025-2nd-batch) (2025-04-27) Our product team is growing with the recent addition of Product Designer Ekaterina. This is a step toward our commitment to delivering a higher quality product. She has already begun to disassemble Medialister and is telling us how hideous some of its parts are—what we need exactly. Product Updates Client Side Updates • The marketplace changes: • Fixed an issue where newly added media displayed its category incorrectly as gibberish IDs • The marketplace search shortcuts now support Windows. Use Ctrl + K to launch the marketplace search, along with other keybindings to navigate through this modal. • If metadata is not gathered for examples, we display a more visually appealing empty card with the link. • Yerkebulan makes it possible to filter within bookmark folders. • The bookmark folders are now possible to rename. • The bookmark folders and saved views are now fully clickable, not just their titles. • The checkout experience: • The bug has been fixed so that the balance to book from is now selected by default. • The order changes: • The placement links now open in new tabs for convenience. • Fix the bug where the system does not display the popup for requesting changes if messages were sent to the chat while the order is in the ARTICLE TO APPROVE column. • Now the chat is also available for realized orders. • Sergey has fixed the issue that prevented uploading large images into the editor (>2.5 MB). The limit is now truly 5 MB. • Other updates in fixes: • The links to orders in emails were broken for some time, leading to the opening of just a campaign instead of the order itself. They have now been fixed. • The state choosing is added into the billing profile settings • The search in the marketplace filters and dropdown menus is now much more user-friendly. It accounts for typos and synonyms; for example, "US" is now correctly recognized as "United States." Changes in the Media Manager Dashboard • The media manager dashboard updates: • The activity now includes new logs that indicate when new media managers were invited to or removed from the organization. • Orders can now be filtered based on whether they have been viewed. • Proper format editing is now available for modifying conditions, prices, and more. • The order updates: • Rodion has made the publish dates more prominent by displaying them directly on the order cards when deadline is within the next 2 days, reducing the chances of missing them. • The deadline warning is now displayed within orders in a redesigned section for adding placement links. --- ### [April, 2025. 1st Batch.](https://roadmap.medialister.com/changelog/2025-04-07-april-2025-1st-batch) (2025-04-06) Updates for the Client Side A new feature for orders in the client dashboard—the media swap on declined orders baked by Artur and Sergey: • Now, if an order is canceled, the system will suggest the most appropriate replacement for placing an order. • The swap options are suggested based on Ahrefs DR, the number and type of hyperlinks, organic traffic, turnaround time, category, language, country, and format type with the score calculating the difference between the original media and a suggested one. • When swapping, all the content and the publish date will be transferred to another order without requiring any additional clicks. • NB: The system can't suggest media for some niche formats; keep this in mind. Other order updates: • Now, you can copy and paste images that were previously added in the editor to content. • If a media manager has not reviewed an order within 24 hours of its submission, the client will receive an email notification prompting them to follow up with the media manager or select another media option if deadlines are tight. Here are the changes and fixes made in the marketplace: • The filter for turnaround time set to "Any" now functions as expected. • If a user is both a client and a media manager, switching to the client dashboard and then to the marketplace to find no buttons to buy was resolved by Rodion. • The buttons to remove an applied filter are now displayed only when the cursor hovers over them, making the entire area clearer. • Some examples were not visible because we couldn't retrieve meta information for the links. Now, this issue is addressed with a more reliable algorithm for obtaining meta information and a proper design for situations when we cannot access it anyway. Updates for Media Managers The media manager dashboard updates: • Yerkebulan and Pavel made the format addition flow more seamless. • After completing the KYB flow, we now redirect media managers directly to format addition. This streamlines the entire process to Media Adding → KYB → Format Adding. • In the table displaying all added media, we now mark those without formats, prompting users to add any formats so they can be listed in the marketplace. • The List/Delist Format(s) buttons are now disabled if no formats are added to a media item or if the organization is not yet verified. This change prevents the organization from earning through our marketplace and includes clear descriptive tooltips. • Rodion improved the process for verified organizations, so the system will no longer request KYB when adding more media. • The system will now warn if an entered media name cannot be validated and, therefore, cannot be used. Before, it was unclear for media managers in the media adding flow. • Sergey and Yerkebulan have updated the price-setting page for adding a format, making it more straightforward. Now, the entered price reflects the final earnings per placement, along with an explanation of how much it will be in the marketplace listing, including fees. • Page zoom no longer breaks the layout of the formatting. The order changes: • The image is now correctly named as clients designated before adding it to the content when saved using Safari or Firefox. However, this issue still persists for Google Chrome users. • The publish date now can't be changed by a media manager. • Sergey resolved the issues that prevented the attachment of placement links containing URL parameters. The payouts changes: • Daniil has made an improvement to the payout experience. Payouts under $300 are now processed faster, depending solely on how quickly Stripe handles them, bypassing the grace period that the Medialister payout system typically includes. For payouts over $300, the grace period remains at 7 days. Other Changes • The email and password fields are now check if only spaces were entered. • In the main menu, you can now clearly see your role in the current organization. --- ### [March, 2025. 2nd Batch.](https://roadmap.medialister.com/changelog/2025-03-17-march-2025-2nd-batch) (2025-03-16) We are gradually rolling out the media manager dashboard to the public. This will close the loop and eliminate our role as middlemen in the orders. Although it's a lengthy process, we are confident that we will be able to provide publishers with a better order management system as we already do for clients' side. Here is what’s new in the media manager dashboard: • Revamped the first step of the know-your-business (KYB) process to provide more information on why we do it and how. • On the KYB flow, the option to choose a country has been added. This allows media managers from countries other than the US to go through the process. • Payouts are now available for media based in the US, and they will soon be available for other countries as well. • Now, media managers can add example links to the formats. • When an order is placed on the media manager's side, it can be canceled if it cannot be accepted for some reason. • Speaking of reasons, a media manager can choose from a few predefined order cancellation reasons. • Media managers can now request changes from clients when the status is AWAITING MEDIA CHANGES (ping-pong it till someone gives up). A lot of great work on the media manager dashboard comes from Rodion, Daniil, Pavel, and Yerkebulan. Though, the special acknowledgment goes to Anastasia for thorough testing, who went to great lengths to make this release possible (here should be a joke about later than sooner cuz you, you know, bugs and fixes). The marketplace updates: • The design of the country's traffic breakdown has been changed to enhance accessibility. • Fixed the issue where column names overlapped in the marketplace table. • The city duplicates are no longer an issue, thanks to Pavel. Fixes in the orders: • Fixed a bug that prevented a link with a trailing "/" from being approved. Other fixes: • We've added a few bugs after revamping the dropdown menus, and the option that allows users to select the same choice multiple times is now also fixed. The dropdown stuff is baked by Artur. • A lot of animations have been added by Yerkebulan throughout the interface to create a smoother and more comprehensive experience. --- ### [March, 2025. 1st Batch.](https://roadmap.medialister.com/changelog/2025-03-03-march-2025-1st-batch) (2025-03-02) We are still beta-testing the publisher dashboard and refining its features. However, we have many fixes and quality-of-life improvements for the client dashboard and the marketplace. • The authorization flows polishing: • Users clicking on order links (or any other link) now land on the correct page after signing in. • We’ve added descriptions to the campaign goals in the sign-up questionnaire so that users quickly understand what each goal is for. • The marketplace changes: • Proper language names are now displayed clearly on the format page ("English" instead of "EN"). • When saving formats to folders, a count now shows how many folders a format was added to. • The SEO metric scale now clearly and always shows the metrics quality as 1/3 in red, 2/3 in yellow, and full green. • The client dashboard fixes and improvements: • The campaign name field has been updated for better clarity when editing old campaigns. Previously, it was labeled "Name the New Campaign," which was incorrect. • Notifications about changes in conditions are now included in the campaign counter. • The table dynamically adjusts its columns based on your selected campaign goal. For example, if you choose the SEO goal, we will display the Semrush Authority Score, Ahrefs Domain Ratings, and Organic Traffic by Ahrefs by default. • Using arrow keys to navigate long dropdown menus for quicker access. • When you resend a project invite, a small tooltip confirms that a new invitation has been sent. • Added proper gaps between paragraphs in the editor, so there is no need to add extra lines between them. • The order updates: • Fixed an issue where order changes were lost if sent for review before being saved. • Orders that are canceled no longer display unread notifications regarding the changed conditions. • The total price and the amount needed for topping up are now clearly displayed under new conditions that must be accepted before continuing with the order. • Auto-approval now correctly skips weekends. • If the booked order is a contributor post, we will warn you about its fluidity conditions before sending it for review. We also provide the same warning on the format page before placing the booking. • The publish date now limits the selection to dates within the next 30 days. • The checkout fixes: • The cart properly resets now, preventing accidental multiple bookings. • We have also improved the invoices: • The new section "Statements" includes details on what was purchased during a period. • Clearer IDs in case you need to communicate with our support. • Added the billing period. • The service fee is now clearly distinguished from the placement prices. Happy using! --- ### [February, 2025](https://roadmap.medialister.com/changelog/2025-02-03-february-2025) (2025-02-02) We are currently testing the media manager dashboard eagerly to make it available to the public as soon as possible. Our development focus is on this project right now. Despite this, we still have some changes to share: • The marketplace: • The search modal now displays appropriate empty states when no results are found • If you are looking for a bookmarks folder and cannot find it, we prompt you to create one. • The client dashboard: • Now, when you enter something in the campaign search input and switch between campaigns, your search query remains in place, allowing you to search across multiple campaigns more quickly • A new log has been added to the project activity regarding a member's removal from the project. • The order: • Fixed a text editor issue where entering the '/' character displayed the editor menu without icons. • Images can now be dragged and dropped into the editor • The emails: • The "To Dashboard" link in all the emails is now properly displayed on mobile devices and is not squeezed. • The public roadmap updates: • The public roadmap statuses have been revised for clarity. You can now easily see what we are currently discussing, what is in progress, and what ideas are worth considering for the future. A Raycast Extension Release For our pro users, If you use Raycast, go check our new extension: https://www.raycast.com/timsedov/medialister-marketplace-helper There are only two commands available for now. However, it's worth checking for improving your daily marketing routine: • The extensions allows you to utilize AI to search in the Medialister marketplace more effectivelly • You can also check if a specific media is available on Medialister to purchase a placement, including the price and formats. To do this, you can either enter a media website manually using the command "Check Media for Placement Options" or select a URL as text, which will be used automatically in the same command. --- ### [January, 2025](https://roadmap.medialister.com/changelog/2025-01-20-january-2025) (2025-01-19) January is a month of pulling themselves together after the long-lasting holiday season. Along with some familiar faces doing it, we are also bringing Sergey and Artur onto the product team. Doubling down on whatever needs to be doubled down. Here is a list of recent changes since the start of the new year: • The order changes: • You can now use Markdown in chat messages. Also, standard links are not recognized as clickable links in the chat. • The client dashboard has been updated with the next things: • Added SSO to connect our feedback portal, so there is no longer a need to log in separately to provide feedback or vote on our roadmap • Links to placements if available already are now directly accessible from the campaign board. Simply hover over an order to check • After creating a new campaign or a project, we redirect straight into it so work can begin immediately. • The fixes to the marketplace: • Some gaps between elements in the filters menu were inconsistent, but they have now been corrected • The ranges for some SEO metrics were reviewed on the format page and corrected when their health was shown wrongly • Traffic breakdown now has a proper empty state when data is not available, preventing confusion about whether it is a bug. • The authorization flow updates: • Due to recent updates, the location selection on the onboarding questionnaire was not displayed. This issue has been fixed. • When Medialister was closed for a while, using a link to a specific order or a bookmarks folder would redirect to the dashboard instead of the intended link. This issue has now been fixed, and it works as expected. We are also going to great lengths to finally open the media manager dashboard to the public in the next month. Publishers, stay tuned! Inside Medialister Here is a flow. A first one released a bunch of fixes. A second one made it possible to filter by more criteria. The third one pushed a few interface updates. Meanwhile, the marketers do their best to sell it. A product manager aligns everyone around market, client, and other product-related specifics. Month by month, it becomes more of a habit. In about a year, it starts to become the status quo. In January, we decided to restart our collaboration with internal hackathons, bringing everyone into one room to work together. The first shot was an experiment for us. We wondered what would happen if a client wanted to view a placement with their content before making a booking. It turns out we can make it live using a browser extension. As a more practical use case, we also demonstrate the extension's ability to secure a placement on a particular website using Medialister. Although we are not yet ready to provide it publicly, you can get an impression from our landing page. --- ### [December, 2024. Christmas Batch.](https://roadmap.medialister.com/changelog/2024-12-23-december-2024-christmas-batch) (2024-12-22) 🎅 Christmas is coming, and we are reaching a point where we can confidently say that the product is in a quite decent shape after the initial release. After a few months of thorough testing and refinement, we have fixed over one hundred bugs (117 to be precise), made dozens of small improvements, and added a few significant new features. The last updates for this year: • The marketplace releases: • Sharing saved views and bookmark folders is less intimidating for recipients as the link is now a shortlink instead of a long, complex URL. • Half of our applied filters were not displayed as such in the marketplace header, but now they are. This includes cases for metrics and pricing when only one side of the range is indicated ("Up to..." or "From..."). We have also added icons for each filter to improve recognizability. • In the marketplace table, some format names did not fit on one line, visually breaking the rows. This issue has now been fixed. • Fixed the issue where adding 999+ media items to a bookmark folder caused the layout to break visually in the bookmarks menu. • We strive to create an app-like experience in our tool. Previously, when you set filters and columns in the marketplace, they remained in place as you navigated between pages. For example, you could check on an order in the campaign and then return to the marketplace to find your filters intact, without being reset. From now on, the marketplace will also keep your selected media intact. • The checkout fixes: • We fixed the bug on the checkout page where the tooltip about insufficient funds appeared over the "Book" button, even though it was not accurate. • The order updates: • We've added explanation tooltips for the editing tool in the content editor • In the chat, you can now send messages by pressing Enter --- ### [December, 2024. 1st Batch.](https://roadmap.medialister.com/changelog/2024-12-09-december-2024-1st-batch) (2024-12-08) Newly added features: • Daniil has enabled media recommendations based on the geolocations a user has selected during the registration • The recommendation algorithm also considers the currently selected campaign goal: • For the goal "Link Building for SEO," the marketplace prioritizes placements formats with dofollow links and permanent placements. • If the goal is "To Attract Traffic to Drive Sales", it shows higher formats with both dofollow and nofollow links, targeting an audience of over 10,000 visits per month • If the goal is "To Build Brand Awareness", the marketplace considers formats with a total monthly audience of over 10,000 and native placements to be more relevant. Delivered fixes and small improvements: • In the client dashboard: • New projects are now called "My Project" by default instead of "FirstDefault Project," which had a missing space also • Pavel has corrected the incorrect copy in the activities for the project creation. It now accurately states that someone has created a specific project in an organization. • Now, when a user is removed from a project, they are correctly redirected to either another available project within the organization or to a newly created organization where they can start fresh with new projects and campaigns. • Members will receive an email notification when they are removed from a project • The order changes: • Rodion has added a button to remove links in the content editor • In the requesting changes popup, the "Do Nothing" button did nothing (pun intended). Now, it closes the popup without any other actions. • Yerkebulan has removed the text regarding the review process from all order statuses, except for those in the TO PUBLISH or TO MAKE CHANGES columns. • He has also made the changes requesting more seamless. Now, if the placement link is obtained from media and a user sends a message to the chat, a popup will appear asking if there were any changes requested in the messages, prompting a change in the order status. Users can still click "Request Changes" as usual of course. • Members with the viewer role can no longer cancel orders from the changed conditions state. • The authentication flow fixes: • Rodion has fixed the LinkedIn authorization that had not been working for some time • The marketplace changes: • Yerkebulan has redesigned the UX for applied filters. Now, if there isn't enough space to display them all, the dropdown is shown for easy access to them without sacrificing working space by stacking applied filters in multiple lines as it was before. • The search icon is now clickable. Previously, the only way to start searching was through the invisible input on the right side. • Recommendations in the cart are no longer placeholders; they are fully functional and reflect the marketplace recommendations. • Some media had the suffixes "_1," "_2," etc., in their names. This has now been fixed. • The new metric, Organic Traffic by Ahrefs, was added for displaying, sorting, and filtering. • The saved views now show the correct number of media items beneath them. • The applied filters for Local Coverage are now displayed as proper country and region names instead of IDs. • Fixed an issue with the "Without..." filters, which were displaying the opposite results and functioning as "With...". • The number displaying the total results in the marketplace may get stuck at zero after the page refresh, but this issue has been fixed. • The checkout flow fixes: • The top-ups were indefinitely marked as "In Progress," even though they successfully went through. This issue has been fixed --- ### [November, 2024. 2nd Batch](https://roadmap.medialister.com/changelog/2024-11-25-november-2024-2nd-batch) (2024-11-24) Freshly squeezed: • Rodion has revamped the invitation modal window for better usability by removing unnecessary steps and adding explanations for the roles. The pile of fixes: • The client dashboard changes: • New members are now correctly redirected to the organization they were invited to • Now it's harder to miss when the conditions of a placement change in one of the orders, as we now mark such orders with a red attention state • We continue to face several issues with the revamped roles and access to various features. Pavel, Daniil, and Rodion are gradually addressing these problems. • The notifications counter is now displayed in the projects and campaigns menu, making it clear where you should focus your attention • If the price for a placement changes, we will prevent any surprises by showing you the new price with all fees included • If there is not enough money in the balance to accept the new price for the changed placement conditions, we will direct you to the top-up flow with the funds already set up for addition. All you need to do is click a button. • You cannot continue with a placement until you either accept the new conditions or decline them and choose another media. The choice is yours. • The marketplace improvements: • The media in bookmarks can now be filtered • Yerkebulan has enabled sharing of bookmark folders and saved views through a link. Simply click the three-dot button and select "Share." • The emails updates from Pavel: • The emails now come from "Medialister" instead of "no-reply", making them more distinguishable in inboxes • Fixed the bug when the order card in emails displayed the media name twice instead of the placement format • Other miscellaneous changes: • The format date was changed everywhere from "12.11.2024" to "12. Nov 2024" Inside Medialister Medialister has emerged as a logical evolution of PRNEWS.IO. We have redesigned and rebuilt everything from scratch to ensure that the experience we provide matches the quality of the products we admire and were inspired by. This journey has not been short, and we have encountered many changes along the way. As a result, some parts of the product do not feel integrated; they seem like isolated features rather than cohesive elements. So, the so-called journey is far from over. One example is projects, which is somewhat buried and difficult to access. However, this is where you invite your team. We see that some users struggle to find the invitation button or even realize that collaboration with their team is possible in Medialister. We do not yet know how we will address this issue exactly, but we are determined not to leave it unresolved. Because we are building a product, not just a collection of features in isolation. The marketplace recommendations should align with your current campaign goals and should not simply be another page on app.medisliater.com. Perhaps you need links in already SEO-optimized articles published by others. You might even find that you don't need a marketplace right now and just want to make a bid to free yourself of the choices. Or you'd prefer to choose a bundle crafted for you. We can create five pages to accommodate all of that and put a sales person to tel you all about it. Or we can provide a seamless experience. --- ### [November, 2024. 1st Batch.](https://roadmap.medialister.com/changelog/2024-11-11-november-2024-1st-batch) (2024-11-10) New stuff to check out: • A small delivery from Yerkebulan now allows you to quickly copy your order ID by simply clicking on it. It can be useful when you communicate with our support to resolve any issues. • Rodion made a significant effort to visually indicate that certain actions are not available for your role • When you sign up with a password, we provide you with a helpful shortcut link to open Gmail and find our confirmation email more quickly • The hyperlinks in your order content are now automatically set to the type specified in the conditions (dofollow, nofollow, sponsored). However, you can always change this in the hyperlink adding menu for a particular link if neded. Baked by Rodion. • If conditions change after booking, Daniil and Yerkebulan has done so you will be notified and offered the choice to accept the new conditions or cancel the order entirely. What was fixed and imroved: • The client dashboard updates: • Rodion has disabled role changes for your current account, so only others can modify it according to this guide • The notifications counter for the campaigns is now updated correctly • The order drawer changes: • Previously, you could cancel an order even if it was already in progress on the media side. Now, you can only cancel orders that are currently in progress on your side of work. • The chat in orders is more responsive and takes up all the remaining height of the order drawer • The chat is now scrollable, making the message input easier to access since it is no longer hidden beneath the messages • There was also an issue where long messages appeared formatted without proper syllable transfer • New messages are now indicated by a red dot • Some text appeared unformatted when copy and pasting it into the order editor • Changes in the marketplace: • A change you couldn't prepare for: Yerkebulan has changed USD to $ everywhere • The filter "Audience by Countries" is now working properly and shows only the media where traffic from the selected countries exceeds 30% of the total • Sometimes, previous selections remained in the marketplace table, but this is no longer an issue. • In the emails about updates for saved views, the number of new media under your saved views is now calculated correctly, thanks to Pavel • Meta tags, tracking pixels, and backdating were previously listed under "Accepted Topics" but have now been moved to the conditions block • Some users may experience a 502 error, but they shouldn't anymore. Inside Medialister No better place than a changelog to confess our struggle to find the best metrics for PR activities done on Medialister by our clients. One of things we are exploring is measuring the attention. As a Product Lead, I oppose this metric as too vague to be a decisive factor and which even could be backlashed as baloney. Alexander, the founder, fights me pushing the points of its scientific grounding and no proper alternatives. It might be biased from any side, so as a good litmus test, we've agreed to check what the community thinks before adding it to the product. For now, no harm in learning: https://medialister.com/blog/attention-is-a-critical-component-of-advertising-for-long-term-impact --- ### [October, 2024. 2nd Batch.](https://roadmap.medialister.com/changelog/2024-10-28-october-2024-2nd-batch) (2024-10-27) Big issues are easy to notice, making them easy to get your hands on. Small and itty-bitty ones are another story. At a glance, some aspects may not seem important enough to take any efforts yet. Minor copy changes, pixel-to-pixel nuances, different states when you interact with elements, incosistent capitalizations, not matching border radii... Yet, when you do care about such seems-to-be trifles, someone else notices it. Then, another person. And a few others for it to have a compound effect. Eventually, everyone sees these elements woven into the core of the product and, subsequently, into the business. New stuff was released during the last two weeks: • New traffic sources on the format page: Email and Display Ads • Examples of articles in the format pages will show you how your content will look. All the recently fixed issues and small improvements to notice: • Yerkebulan revamped the states for order cards. Now, it's clear which order is currently selected. The hover effect is more visually distinguishable, and there is a new red attention state. • Changes in the marketplace filters: • Now you can choose different types of hyperlinks in Filters together • Filters Meta Tags, Tracking Pixel, Backdated were moved to Other Conditions • Some filters were renamed for clarity • The filters Unique Text and No Hyperlinks were removed as they were not relevant • Filters now expand more smoothly in the marketplace • Changes on the format page: • Some media formats were previously impossible to open, but now they are fixed • The SEO metrics now include information on the last update • Sometimes, the format page displays a content limit of 99,999 symbols, which essentially means no limits. We now refer to this instead of that ridiculous number. • Some SEO metrics and conditions were underlined, suggesting that they have explanations in a tooltip. In reality, they do not. Now, only those with explanations are underlined. • Bounce rate is expressed as a percentage (e.g., 0.65 becomes 65%). • The fixes to the authentication flows: • The login page now redirects users to the dashboard without refreshing the page • The authentication flow copy was revised to sound more natural • The orders: • The order cancellation now includes a confirmation popup to prevent accidental actions • Now, requesting changes for a published article is a much smoother experience. Click "Request Changes," fill in the input with the specific changes you want, and send it back for review. • Rodion and Pavel fixed the first article onboarding to respond properly to the events at each step • Fixed the error that prevented editing a campaign • The cart was resetting when refreshing the checkout page in the browser, but now it isn't Don't stop to keep attention. --- ### [October, 2024. 1st Batch.](https://roadmap.medialister.com/changelog/2024-10-11-october-2024-1st-batch) (2024-10-10) In Estonia, it's this season when it's rainy, +2°C at mornings, and so gray outside that all the photos looks b&w. This weather will continue until April, with a few rare exceptions. In some opinons, the best time to work. Meanwhile, we have prepared some new updates: • Daniil covers your needs with the new similar media block on the format page • Bookmarks are now fully functionable • Yerkebulan and Daniil introduce a new feature that allows you to cancel your orders. Simply click the three-dot button on an order to access this option. • We have added a lot of new filters to the marketplace: • Accepted sensitive topics • Number of hyperlinks and their types • Extra features available by conditions, such as the ability to publish with images or provide a homepage announcement. The batch of updates also has fixes and improvements as usual: • Preventing the marketplace selection popup from staying on the page when nothing is actually selected in the table • Switching between organizations is now smoother. Previously, some information from the previously opened organization remained in certain parts of the interface. • Yerkebulan has ensured that the "Show Older Activities" button does not appear if there are, well, no older activities to display. • Pavel has fixed the copy for some activities (oops, no one anticipated the situation where an activity states, "an order was moved from to another campaign") • Now, every format provides more information on sensitive topics, indicating which ones are accepted by the media and which are not. • Rodion did a lot of work behind the scenes. I’ll quote him since this is more in his area of expertise: Proper state management is here. This crucial change will enhance user-friendly navigation. For example, it will allow access to specific orders beyond current campaigns and organizations, and it should resolve quite a lot of state management bugs. As usual, stay tuned! Be sure to not forget to take your vitamin D if necessary. --- ### [September, 2024. 2nd Batch.](https://roadmap.medialister.com/changelog/2024-09-27-september-2024-2nd-batch) (2024-09-26) New additions out of the oven: • Every order now features its own activity log • Orders now also contain the conditions of the format • Along with the visits chart, we now display the percentages of traffic channels and the geography of the total traffic Fixes and improvements: • Pavel has resolved an annoying issue where users received two consecutive emails about unsuccessful and successful bookings after making a reservation • The campaign columns are now sorted with the most recently updated orders at the top • The order card titles are now updated when you modify the order content, eliminating any confusion about whether they were saved • The issue where a project that an already registered user was invited to was not visible has been fixed • Daniil has completely revamped the top-up and booking processes to ensure they run smoothly for users • Some media were mistakenly filtered out when users played out with filters such as visits and Semrush data. • Automatic order approval sometimes occurred too early. Now, it always takes place 24 hours after receiving a link from the media. • Rodion has resolved several issues with the order chat: • Now it updates in real-time, as it should. • The sender's name and avatar are now not too close to each other. • When switching between orders, the chat updates instead of showing the same messages as before. • Yerkebulan made a quality-of-life improvement by removing unnecessary options from the turnaround time filter and adding a "Beyond 6 Days" option • An error that occurred when deleting a saved view has also been fixed • The marketplace table is not refreshing now after adding an item to the cart • The navigation of the product is now much faster due to the removal of unnecessary requests behind the scenes. --- ### [September, 2024. 1st Batch.](https://roadmap.medialister.com/changelog/2024-09-13-september-2024-1st-batch) (2024-09-12) Our marketing team has made the first big public move and launched Medialister on Product Hunt. Despite a good fight, due to an accident, we were not featured and did not receive any product-of-the-day badges (we'd definitely took it, believe me 😼). The same incident also led us to launch earlier, removing the gateway waitlist. So far, so good, and no regrets. On the product side, there are a few new thing: • The format page and the order now provides the conditions under which media accept and publish content • The format page also now has the monthly visits chart • We also added the turnaround time on this page, indicating the typical timeframes in which the media publishes content • Email notifications for new messages in the order chats • Your billing information is now securely stored for future top-ups and bookings, so you won't need to enter it repeatedly. And a lot of quality-of-life fixes and improvements: • The marketplace is loading much faster, thanks to Yerkebulan • He also optimized the login and signup flows for the mobile devices • Preventing the error "Unable to remove from the cart" when trying to rage-click the trash button • When the balance is insufficient for a booking, we now clearly display the amount that will be deducted from the current balance and the additional amount required to top up, avoiding confusion • Fixed the bug that caused the dashboard layout to break in rare cases after logging in • Pavel fixed the messed up filter options and sorted them out in alphabetical order • The fix is released for members with the viewer role when they could send orders for review • The bug was fixed when a member's role was changed to a higher one, but their rights weren't updated properly. For example, when a user became a manager or an admin from a viewer role, they still couldn't perform any actions. • The emails on order updates now show the article title and the media in which it is or will be published • The columns for Semrush Rank and Semrush Traffic now actually display data (they were empty before) • Rodion has added a touch of magic to the sliders, making them operate smoothly. Though, we are still debating internally the best way to make them as user-friendly as possible. • The links in emails now aren't broken, kudos to Daniil • He also did his best to fix the bug when bookings didn't come through when a balance top-up was required for it • We released a hotfix to resolve the issue that prevented users from adding images to order content in the editor • The publish date tooltip text was changed to emphasize that in some cases deadlines can be missed by media That's it! Stay tuned and eat healthy! It kicked off with a team of one person juggling ideas, designs, and visions with Alexander, the founder. To date, it has grown into a pack of six committed and principled human beings behind the new vision. Committed to delivering. Principled to build best-in-class products for the actual people behind every business. Having been in the industry for quite a lot, we've seen how marketers struggle to make communication with media straightforward, doing much more than they could in an ideal world while managing their activities. We've seen how media managers do all one can to survive. We've seen how horribly products for these people are made, bringing not relief but hurdles. We want to make a turning point today. We've built not just a new product. We have rebuilt the entire team and the processes within. All so we can make the world of paid media less miserable for both sides. Our promise to our users is to continue juggling to keep the pace and discover the best ideas to enable people to work with paid media efficiently. ❤️ Thanks to Daniil, Rodion, Pavlo, Erkebulan, and Anastasiia for making it feasible! --- ## Docs ### For Newcommers #### [Getting Started](https://roadmap.medialister.com/docs/for-newcommers/getting-started) Curious about what Medialister is? ---
